Can I eat fast food and get muscle gain?

Granted im a tall and really skinny guy? 6'1 145. I was wondering if I do a lot of exercise/working out is it possible to get nice results eating a fast food meal or 2 a day? Wendys, chick fil a, taco bell, exc? I am new to working out, but I never have had a problem eating fast food before. I have been playing basketball for 15 years (im 22 years old right now) and it dosent seem to render my performance because I have always been a key player of my teams.

But the question at large: Can I eat fast food and expect results with my body type?

well what u need to do is change your diet. u can still eat alot but the healthier the food is the more weight u will drop and more muscle u will gain. u could even try to set a limit on th number of calories u intake per day. try to work 3-4 times a week as well with both cardio (running, swimming, etc.) and weight lifting

If you want to gain muscle should you eat a lot?

Well im 17 and excuse me for maybe getting this wrong. I weigh 64kg and have a height of 1.78m. I'm trying to gain muscle and get a six pack and muscular arms but i still want to be slim. Im confused because i read somewhere you should eat a lot of food espec with protein to gain muscle but won't eating a lot make you put on weight? Thank you!

Should i eat more to gain muscle?? or will it make me gain fat?

i lost about 50lbs in the past 7months, but now i got so into working out n eating right i want to gain muscle no look ripped. i dont have a strict diet but i never eat junk food, pop, ect. eat only vegetables n a half chicken breast or salmon a day, n protien shakes in the morning n after working out

Well i hit the gym hard 6days a week n feel like i should b gaining more muscle, if i continue eating right bout increase my intake will it help me without gaining much fat i plan to be at 10% bf by summer

right now im 173lbs 14% bodyfat im 5'10"

How to gain muscle mass with a fast matabolism?

I have a fast metabolism and I eat whatever I want and stay at around the same weight no matter what, I don’t eat much. If I carried on my diet that is keeping me at a consistent weight but added more protein to my diet while doing muscle building excersizes at the gym should I notice myself getting bigger? Or do I have to completely cut out bad things in my diet because i drink a lot of fizzy drinks and I eat a lot of chocolate. What foods also help to gain weight the quickest.
Also I have a average body type and i have a slight bit of fat but not anything I want to get rid of infact I’m scared to loose it, can you recommend how to maintain fat and gain muscle?
