What to expect when living life with a nape piercing?
Hi hey so I have been thinking about getting a nape piercing with two micro dermals rather than the bar. I actually plan to do it more towards the end of the summer and my boyfriend brought up to me that it might make somethings harder. Like for instance if we're all cuddled up watching tv. He puts his arm under my neck and I use it as a pillow to watch tv. He said it seemed like it might hurt me and I would probably leave indentations on his arm lol. Also, I have long curly/wavy hair, is it likely to get caught up in that? (I kinda doubt it but I guess I need to know) Then I started thinking long term. When I have kids some day and I have a baby and you know how babies will grab onto the back of your neck when you carry them? Will that turn into a bit of an issue? I don't want to be afraid to hold my future child, you know? Anyways if anyone has any experience with any of this please let me know, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
Back of the neck tattoo vs. nose piercing?
back of the neck tattoo sounds like a good idea. nose peircings have their faults. like being over done... how about you mix it up and get a nape peircing on the back of your neck.. you cant even feel it. i've had it done twice. there's a link to a picture :

Okay so I'm bored so I thought I'd ask a fun question. I love body modifications, mine are as follows: venoms (x2 tongue bars) snakebites (x2 lip rings) septum Industrial Tragus x2 cartilage x6 lobe x1 14mm stretch x1 5mm stretch Two tattoos- left and right outer wrists, one red star and one green. On the 25th of november im getting two more tattoos. "stay" on my left inner wrist and "gold" on my right inner wrist (i already have em booked :D) And HOPEFULLY i'll be getting both nipples pierced soon. NOW 1. Tell me what you have? 2. How do I fix a dry nose and sinuses besides saline nasal spray?
I used flonase nasal spray and was exposed to a very cold draft for a week in a hospital. now my sinuses in my forehead are dried out. the cilia are not working in my sinus passages. what can I do to make them work again. how do I moisten them.
What are the tattoo restrictions for police officers in Houston or another large city?
I have two tattoos. One on my neck and one on my shoulder blade. Of course I had no idea I'd ever be a police officer when I got them. In fact the one on my neck actually helped me at work in one instance.Maybe our department is a bit more progressive, as the only rule that came into effect was that they'd prefer that tattoos be in an area invisible when working, such as the upper arm, etc. We have officers with piercings and they are only asked to remove the ones they can be without for 8 hours.I can't agree completely with the notion that cops tend to be conservative. In fact, to properly represent the people we serve, we should be an assortment of those very people.I respect my fellow officer's opinions on Quora, but I think for a modern police department to stay modern,old stereotypes need to be put aside and that means to sometimes be in tune with the rest of the population.Of course if you really want to be a police officer, you are probably wise to find out what the policy is for the one in which you are applying.
