What To Get My Trainer

Gay crush on my personal trainer...?

Hi guys, the title tells pretty much what's going on with me. Okay, long story short, I hired this trainer in one of the biggest gyms in here 2 months ago, who I did not find attractive at first. All I wanted from him was his advice on working out.

But then, after a few weeks, I started to have feelings for him, partly because of his physical attributes and his adorable personality. I tried my best to keep my feeling inside me and not to show anything in front of him, because I want to keep our relationship professional.

However, he did sent me some signals at times, like, he would help me stretch or lift weight in a way that involve body touch (i.e. putting his legs on my lap or sticking his chests on my back), at one time, we had eye contact for a few seconds, although he turned around embarrassedly.

He always look at me with a caring smile on his face and put his hand on my shoulder (in a friendly way) etc.... Maybe I misinterpret things (yes, I saw him checked out other girls), or maybe somehow he know that I am gay, so he used my vulnerability to keep me as his client...

All I know is, I have this huge crush on him and couldn't get him out of my head. Should I just let him know and get this over with or should I keep hiding it from him? Please help!!

How close should you get to your personal trainer?

This is a tricky subject. I’ve seen this situation go both ways. Due to the nature of how you asked I’m left wondering if this is “close” regarding attraction, or close regarding other areas. Either way, it really depends on a few variables. How serious you are about your fitness goals, what type of trainer you are working with, and if you are in the habit of making your professional relationships difficult. The job itself is personal. I’ve had clients share secrets with me as a trusted confidant, because oftentimes they either have no one else to vent to don’t have the time in their busy schedules. I also made it a practice not to flirt with, sleep with, or otherwise jeopardize my professional relationships with my clients. You always want to keep in mind, if things go south, would you still want to reach your goals with this person at the helm?On the flip-side many of my clients are life-long friends and even though i’ve relocated twice over the course of my career, I maintain contact and give advice regularly regarding their health and wellness, and even life situations. Its a hands on job, and most trainers are what you’d classify as a “people person” so the lines can sometimes be blurred. Sometimes the endorphin that flow while working out, and reaching your goals can be attributed to affection for the trainer ( and they could be potentially the worst people outside of work lol ). You never know though, just think things through, always keep it professional and make your intentions known so that you trainer has the chance to make a judgement call as well.

How do I find my trainer code in Pokemon Go?

Hello, fellow Pokémon GO player,Here's a step by step way to find your Trainer Code in Pokémon GO~Once you opened the game and you're already at the screen where you can see your character, you can press the bottom left icon of your character to go to a character status screen~PS. Please excuse my editing skills… It's not really my quirk… >~<2. Once you are at the status screen, you can tap on the FRIENDS tab on the upper right corner of the screen~3. Ridiculous as it may sound, you need to press “ADD FRIEND” once you're at the FRIENDS Tab in order to see your own Trainer Code. So mostly, you can't normally see your Trainer Code once you are in the game casually. You either explore your game more, or accidentally tap on the ADD FRIEND button… Or look at Quora for answers…3. Once you're in the ADD FRIEND screen, you can see your Trainer Code below~I hope that helped~-^ω^-PS. I censored my friend's name cuz I don't have his consent for putting up his name while making this answer. I didn't censor his face cuz I thought that the face looks generic enough that it's hard to know if it's really him or not…I also don't like people just adding me as their friend without knowing them in real life, so I took off some of the numbers in my Trainer Code… It's just my issue though…>~

How can I get rid of my LA fitness personal trainer?

LA Fitness is notorious at good for them and not so good for their users..There fitness services are the left over dog meat to consumers seeking proficiency from the talent their personal training sales engine hiresThere is no well being per dollar. Just a money grab system that has no redeeming benefit to their membership base.back in the day I was one of their franchisee’s. I was bought in to clean up their liability problems. I did just that uniforms, checks and balances, talent and career based systems for all 27 of my personal training team..They saw what had done thought nothing about renigging on their end of the deal.they settled and well I went on to build an app called FitPro at Work, that will revolutionize personal training and how LA Fitness treates it’s consumers forever. To get rid of your Personal Trainer be sure to verify your contract terms. You didnt say where you were as far as how many sessions you have left..If sessions remain try to give them away or sell them to another member- its called a “transfer”..If its a Personal Trainer conflict and their services are substandard or there is a personality conflict remember you are the “implied employer”.. You can treminate at any time.FitPro’s often forget unlike other professions this occupation has very little position of strength to enforce anything..especially if the sessions were apart of a sales engine.Simply say to the Personal Trainer..”this isn’t working for me, I am no longer n need of the sessions remaining. You get to decide how forceful or abrupt you need to be.If, this doesn’t work..I would personally buy out your contract from them..Tis would entail taking my online program “ Let me hear Your Body Talk”, which includes zoom conference followups, exercise short codes, and fitness life skills conditioning..You would also receiveoriginally mastered lesson plans, modern and meaningful self-test tools, anda fitness savings account that i would contribute 8% of your lesson fee to this account for each session you complete with me .This program offers more well being per dollar..you would reach a level of proficiency no current trainer can deliver..and have buyers pride in knowing you were able to enthusiastically break free from the grips of an LA Fitness ‘s terrible service record.feel free to contact me to set up your break upbrainfood@themusclememorygroup.com

How can I get out of this LA Fitness personal training mess? I signed up 2 months ago. The trainer told me I could cancel at anytime, as long as I paid $80. But now I’m told I’m locked into a 12 month agreement, but can pay 50% of what is still owed.

Hello, I've previously worked as a Fitness Director with LA Fitness so I hope that I can be of help to you! I only worked for LA Fitness for less than 2 months due to the tactics they employ for sales and the unethical approach at fitness.LA Fitness offers 3 ways out of a contract, none of which you want to be applicable for.Move: Move to a new location in the world that is not within 30 miles of an LA Fitness facility. Must provide proof via a utility bill or other. I believe that there is still a $30 cancellation fee.Bankruptcy: If you file for bankruptcy or are unable to continue training due to legal financial obligations your contract can be closed.Physical Disability: Although the wording on the contract is vague, unless you are permanently physically disabled they will not allow you to quit your contract. Now that you are aware of their three ways to leave the contract (read your contract, they are listed there), let's talk about some more reasonable options!Get a new card. If you get a new card, whether debit or credit, they will NOT be able to bill you. We were taught to use a scare tactic that if you do not continue paying your personal training that your membership will be cancelled. This is not the case, put your membership on a new card if not already separate and cancel or replace the card you have your training agreement on. (Side note- general managers are thirsty for new memberships if you are willing to create a new membership. They don't care whether or not you have been a member previously. If the above option is not available to you for some reason, I would highly recommend calling the corporate office and asking to speak to the regional Vice President of Training or their superior. If you waste enough of their time, they will eventually cut their losses.Sorry about your experience at LA Fitness! If you still need help with anything in regards to health and fitness stop by our blog and read our article or send us a message!
