My mom is turning 45 tomorrow and we haven't gotten her a gift!!! Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I know. I waited until the last minute...Actually my mom has been celebrating her birthday all month and she's had 3 weeks from work off so I guess my dad put a few thousand dollars in her account to go shopping and whatever. She won't tell anybody what she wants. She says we can't give it to her...I'm guessing its a new car or house. Me, my brother and my dad usually buy her a gift all together but me and my dad aren't talking to each other right now and I usually pick out her gift...And its usually something expensive. We always get her jewelery. She has a bunch of necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings. I have no idea what to get her!!! I'm not looking to spend no more than 20 dollars. I only have 40 dollars and I don't get that until tonight. We're going out to Texas Roadhouse tomorrow and there's a walmart and a bunch of other stores nearby. What should I get her?

We've been on a zip-wire, had an archery lesson, flown birds of prey, fed the meerkats at a zoo, gone for a walk with wolves, learned how to make sushi, decorated pottery, and gone on a beach walk to find fossils. What should we get my mom for her 28th birthday?
While the necklace and earrings sound nice - is it really practical? Will she wear them all the time? If yes, then go for it - but if those are things she'll only use for special occasions, I would suggest maybe something else, something more "everyday". Now...also, what about a nice day at the "spa" or something - where she would get pampered all day long - get her hair, nails, makeup, massage, etc. all done?
