Here is the jest of it: Mosby's and Secret's of the PTCB exam are the two best that I have reviewed. Secret's is a little cheaper and offers a bunch of extra stuff. I like M\osby's for the vast amount of practice questions they have (over 500). You can't go wrong with either. Some of the others are much shorter, but I do not feel they cover everything.
