I would suggest you search out some men’s winter running tights.Tights will fit you like a second skin …which is what you want when you’re running in something with legs. seamless underwear is the best one to wear under these kind of pants since these pants stick to the skin, normal underwear shape can be seen which makes it look awkward

wear whatever you want. a guy can wear white compression shorts. don't wear undies under them, though. if you must, I guess wear a white thong, but it probably will show.
