What Was The Subject Of The Last Exam You Took How Long Did You Study For It And What Grade Did

Does studying at the last day of exams help in the long run?

No it doesnt. At least not if your purpose of doing a course is to learn that field well. There is a reason for a credit system to exist. A three credit course means that there are three lecture hours per week  and that you are expected to put in three hours of your own per week. These are framed by people who have been in the field for decades. If one day of studying sufficed the entire course could be shortened into six months rather than a couple of years or more. The problem arises from the notion that clearing exams or getting decent grades is the only point of education. If thats the case, smart last day studying can help you get through with good grades in some Universities. But thats just gaming the system. Sure you may tell everyone about the A you got but how much do you really know in that subject. Chances are, a guy who slogged through the semester and got a lower grade than you did knows more about the subject. Now you may blame the last minute studying on many factors. You may say the profs sucked the books sucked. Or you may kid yourself with the notion that you ae smart enough to do it all in a day. But at the end of four years, when you look back and ask yourself the question " Have I done justice to the four years of my life I dedicated to learning X?" you will draw a fucking blank. There is no way the answer can be yes. You will realise there is so much more that you could have learnt, so much more you could have done had you just worked better. This happened to me during a phone screening for an Amazon Internship in my final year where I screwed up a very fundamental question. That made me rethink my idea of an education. And I am scrambling against time to get my fundamentals in place, salvage the situation  as much as  I  can before graduating. Trust me you do not want to be where I am. Take it from a person who has studied on the last day for three years of his undergrad that it does not pay in the long run, however good you think you are.

How many hours should a 7th grader study for final exams, he is a good student , A's and B's, he has study

Generally the guideline is 10 min per grade level - so for him, that would mean about 70 min per day. But if he's already a good student, maybe an hour per day would do.

What's the best way to study for exam?

Here are some good tips for your exam study time:

- Cut up some fruit/veg and pour yourself a drink of water so that you stay focused and aren't tempted to go and get a snack during study - You can just eat at you desk as its already all there, and it's good brain food and drink!
- Sit down at your desk, with the lights on bright.
- Make sure there are no distractions.
- Take out your notes. Find the problems you are having. Solve them first before the next stage.
- Rewrite your notes out and read them thoroughly once you have got everything down pat. People often find that they learn the best through either visual or audio explanation. If you are visual, than go ahead and draw out your diagrams and read your notes. If you're an audio learner, than instead try listening to a recording of information on your topic (record yourself talking about the subject and listen to it to get it in your head).
- Do not study for more than an hour. Research shows that after this period of time the brain can no longer work to it's full potential, and that any information read or listened to will basically just go in one ear and then out the other! So take a break, and come back later in the day.
- Studying first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to bed are the best options. In the morning you are fresh and alert, and at night the information will stay with you and be remembered as it's right before you go to sleep, and you go to bed thinking about it. Therefore, it's more likely that you will remember it.

In relation to your questions details, as I mentioned before it's best to get all your harder topics and problems over and done with first. Then you rewrite or record you notes which will be fully corrected, and you can referr to these as often as you want.

(Hope that info helps you, and good luck :-D)

How do I study 1 month before my final exams?

1.Prepare the best time table how much you can and strictly FOLLOW IT.2. NEVER GIVE UP.3. Make the 50/30/20 rule by dividing the time equally in sequence.50 means, you have to give your 50 % in understanding the concepts30 means, Do practice of that problem minimum 5 times to make sit in your mind.20 means, Revision of all those which you have learned in this 50+30 %time rule.{THIS PROCESS IS LIKE DIVIDE AND RULE.}I am sure you will score your best and specially this time is the best time for, if you want to study all night.Make sure that you are giving your best time to understand all the related topics and theories given in books. How many hours do you spend studying for an exam?

It all depends.

Sometimes when professors give a review, I will estimate how long it will take me to do the review and that will determine how long I will study.

If the professor says that to look at all the notes from the semester, I will calculate how long it will take me to read through all of them, and once again that will determine how long I will study.

I study a lot throughout the semester so in the end I don't have to study much for finals, since they are mostly comprehensive, meaning if one thoroughly understands the material from the beginning of the course, one will do good without much studying- at least in my case.

Woohoo I only have to take 2 finals this semester.

Good luck on your finals- if any!

How can anyone study just one night before the exam and still get better grades than the one who is preparing for the exams from starting?

Yes it happens...Many people just study on the last night and still manages to get good marks. These people have certain characteristics which are:-They are confident. They are involved in extra curricular activities. They have a good social circle. They interact a lot. They are funny or humorous. They are energetic.Actually having certain attributes result in development of our brain and we become quick learners. So, when the exams come, even when they have a very basic knowledge about the subject, they dont panic. They just be confident on what they are studying and manages to score good marks because they have a sharp brain.Lets take an example. Consider you are in 10th grade. You will obviously find the syllabus to be difficult as you are reading it for the first time. Also, our syllabus is designed to match our brain according to age.So when you pass on to 11th grade, or 12th grade. And then you are given 10th grade syllabus to study. You will find it easy and will manage to score exceptionally high.what happens is that our brain is now matured to 12th grade syllabus and we find 10th grade syllabus to be easier.People with the above mentioned characteristics have a more matured brain than the fellow mates who are just involved in studies. There are three top ways to develop your brain.. They are-Walking Fastly.  Eating Green vegetables.  And  Be social and having a learning attitude.Einstein once said.."A time will come when everyone will behave like an idiot, because, technology will overcome human interaction."he knew the value of human interaction, Please you also understand this.Find yourself a good social circle where you learn new things practically in a learning environment and have a learning attitude always.A petrol pump attendant built reliance industries because he did things to make his brain better.A tea seller is now our Prime Minister just because of the reason he has a good personality.Knowingly or Unknowingly, this is the reason to be successful in life. There is nothing like- "He is god gifted" or "He has a good luck" or ''He is extraordinary" . They just make their own destiny.Studies are important but that is just not enough.. Being a bookworm wont make you a successful person.Hope it adds a "+" to your life. Thanks

Why should I study for my final exam tomorrow?

Because if you don't study for it you won't pass and will probably have to sit the subject again. Use logic. Even a little bit of study means you will pass and whether or not you decide to stay at university at least that subject is over and done with FOREVER!
You have to force yourself, this is one day in your whole life or even a few hours really. Think of how many hours you waste in your lifetime, just force yourself to commit for a few hours and then you'll never ever have to do it again.
This is the way I am plugging myself through 8 assignments (i am not joking!!)
