What is your favorite Nintendo Wii game?
Super Smash Bros Brawl.In fact, this is my favorite Smash game in the entire series. I’ll tell you my reasons.Equal Quality for Gameplay and Graphics. I love how they went for the (tell me what the theme of the game is please) graphics and Gameplay equally. LOVE IT!!!Lucas. That’s all… :)Story mode. AMAZING! JUST AMAZING!!!!The music. HOLY SHIT!!! THE MUSIC IS AWESOME!!! JUST LISTEN TO THE TRACK!Gameplay. Different then others, but the best imo.Snake. HELL YEAH!! The fucking badass Snake joins the Brawl!!!Tripping. Just because it’s funny how you in a battle how you can trip. Fucking Nintendo… XDFinal Smash. Imaging Mario from a friendly person, TO A FUCKING PERSON THAT CAN TAKE YOUR LIFE IN 0.12 SECONDS!!!! That’s Brawl for you all. :)T Rated. Idk why, just cool to me. :\ Imagine if it was M Rated…All the characters look like they have seen some shit… idk just me again. For an example. Ness. Look at that face… creeps me out… geez.Stage Builder. I do not give one fuck if Smash 4 did it better, Smash Brawl was the first.Sonic. OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!! IT’S SONIC THE MOTHERFUCKING HEDGEHOG!!! I hugged my friends so girly when I seen the challenger approaching that had sonic in it. What the hell is wrong with me?Project M. Need I say more?It’s better then Smash 4 (opinion). While Smash Brawl is Fun and Competitive in a good way. Smash 4 made the idea to competitive Link, Cloud, and so many more op characters mains complain how much skill they have, when all they are doing, is spamming and dodging to many times.That’s all I have, I give Smash Brawl a 9/10. Best game in the series imo.
What's your favorite feature/game about the Nintendo Wii?
Favorite game is Xenoblade Chronicles. The original one. It’s an open world game and my favorite game, period. It started on the Wii, and then it even got a 3DS port.I hope one day Xenoblade Chronicles 1 can see an HD remaster on the Switch in the years to come. If any game from the Wii era deserves it, it’s Xenoblade!!!

The Zelda games have had the most consistently great soundtracks, IMO, but really pretty much anything scored by Kondo is going to be awesome.

Would say these games in this order.Xenoblade Chronicles X2. Pikmin 33. Mario 3d World4. Bayonetta 25. Mass Effect 3Also worth nothing this game can be played on the Wii U if you buy a Wii controller. It’s easily one of the best games ever made and when it was released on the Wii it was so freakingly ahead of it’s time most JRPG:s even today aren’t even comparable to it’s massive scale and brilliant art work.It also upscales nicely to full HD on the Wii U.

What was your favorite game on the original Wii?
Super Mario GalaxyI first played this when I was 5 or 6. I remember being so excited for school to end for the day so I could go home and play this. I also loved playing the second game just as much when it came out.To younger me, it was so cool that instead of defeating Bowser and his minions and saving Peach on Earth, you did it in space!I sometimes play SMG whenever I’m bored. Not only for the nostalgia, but also because I still find this game to be really enjoyable. (also because the music in this game is so fricking good)I also really love this game because it’s what got me into gaming in the first place. I really hope that a third Mario Galaxy game comes the Switch, so that I can relive my childhood.
Why do so many Nintendo Wii games suck?
<3 the answers from the ignorant fan bois. The Wii isn't mean "for kids", it's meant "for everyone". This includes kids, but also middle-aged parents and grandparents in addition to the "core gamer". It's unfortunate that the third party developers puts out crap for games for the most part. But there are good third party games out there. In addition to good first party games. There's equally as many bad games for the other systems too. They just hide it behind shiny grass, hair, and tears in the graphics. The install base isn't as high for PS3 or 360 as it is in the Wii, so there isn't as much crap out for those systems, but crap still exists. It's just that the Wii has been as succesfull as it is, is the reason the the crap developers put out quick cheap games that few people will enjoy. If they sell 10,000 units, they'll profit, so it doesn't have to be a block-buster game for them to get their return on investment. There are some games that are M-rated (Conduit, Madworld, etc.) that was created at a "risk" to see how they would sell once released. If they do well, the chances that developers will make good M-rated games meant for the core gamer will increase. If they don't sell well, then they take their losses and go home. So if you want to see more M-rated content for the Wii, buy the ones that are out there. You have to speak with your wallet to let them know that that type of game is what you're wanting to play.
