Philippines. Bank took P200 from my account when i withdrew? could it be that my balance is low?
I have BPI atm card. Im just a teenager. I had like P39,000 in it when i first opened it. withdrew, charged adn even deposited a few times. but now that my balance is a bit low. i withdrew one time and i had a certain amount. then i withdrew today after along time, it was like they took P200 from my balance before.. excluding with I just withdrew.
Which bank here in the Philippines can i use to withdraw money from my paypal account?
I called banks like bdo, bpi & metrobank but they are all telling me that they are not affiliated with paypal & don't allow such transfer or withdrawal. However in paypal's website, it says that these banks are accredited & you just have to enroll them online. Pls help! I don't want to open a savings account from any of these banks if they can't guarantee me that my funds withdrawal from paypal won't go through.
