Will Cartoon Network die soon?
*twitching in anger* I have soooo much freaking beef with CN, that it's not even funny. It started when Cartoon Cartoons (Dexter's Lab, PPG, Johnny Bravo, Samurai Jack, etc...) and Toonami (which had anime....crappy versions of censored, dubbed anime, but anime nonetheless...) were taken off the air and replaced with crap like Lazlo, Flapjack, and CN F_ING REAL.....it's like having BET star nothing but white people. I can't understand how retarded you have to be to put REALITY tv ona network that has CARTOON in the title....it makes me pissed beyond reason The same thing happened with NICK. Nick DIED after the series finale of Avatar. I had to watch NIck for a week as I spent time with my cousins, the only thing I saw was Spongebob and ICarly. Those are the only two shows that are shown for 8 HOURS!!!! THE HELL???!? What ever happened to the 15 or so NIcktoons that used to be on there? Doug, Rocket Power,ATBG,Wild Thornberrys, Rugrats (before they grew up...)....THAT WAS ENTERTAINMENT. PURE 100% CONCENTRATED ENTERTAINMENT. Then they put live action shows on there. Zoey 101 was idiotic...iCarly is getting really old and stupid. (And btw: my middle school life was NOTHING like that...hell, my 16 year old life wasn't that, dramatic. why are all these shows making kids grow up so fast? you don't need bucketloads of makeup, 3 boyfriends, miniskirts, and stiletto heels at 12 years old!!!) Disney makes me so upset that I can't even talk about it. When Hannah Montana was introduced, Disney was no longer worth mentioning. Bring back the Proud Family, Kim Possible, EVEN STEVENS, pepper ann, and everything like it!!!!! so yeah...Cartoon Network is DEFINITELY gonna die soon. At least we still have boomerang.
Should Degrassi Air On Disney Channel ?
I agree with you, degrassi should not be on the family channel. Some episodes are way too intense like "accidents will happen", this episode was so controversial that it couldn't even be shown in the U.S. and only aired in Canada. Shows with controversial topics like degrassi would ruin the image of the disney channel. Edit- Natalie, what I meant was at the time it aired in Canada, it could not be aired in America. It aired in American 2 and a half years after it did Canada. Part 1 in Canada aired January 26 and part 2 aired February 9th of 2004, while both parts aired in the U.S. on August 26th 2006.
Do Muslims watch Western made movies?
@ Some body: The thing is, every Muslim woman I see is covered up except for hands and face and in some places even their faces. So when I watch ANY "Westernized" movie the women are wearing attire that most Muslims would consider inappropriate.
