What Worlds Can My Plot Be Ranged Around.

What are the officers of the Roman army called?

From the site listed below...

"Let's start from the bottom. The lowest role of leadership on the chain is that of Decuriones. This man was the senior officer in charge of ten horsemen. He would basically represent that small group of soldiers and, if he was killed in battle, the next most senior person would take his place. The next step up on the ladder is the job of Praefectus. This person was the commander of the cavalry. One more rung on the ladder is the Centurion. He would lead a century. This officer was non-commisioned, and to hold this title, would have to had previously been a sergeant.

The following are even higher positions that are reached through an entirely different type of promotion. Only senators could ever get these positions. The Military Tribune is the first on this list. The Tribune was in charge of keeping an accurate list of all the soldiers, noting casualties, and when needed becoming a mediator in minor disputes. The Qaestor was the treasurer of the Roman Army, they would handle the logistics. These people served a term of one year. The commander and chief of a single roman legion, also known as the legion general. The second highest in command would be the Legati. This person served as the lieutenant general. This person was usually between the age of 30 and 40, and would serve a term of 3-4 years. The head man in charge of the ENTIRE Roman Army was the Dux. This person had it all. The Dux has the power to crush civilizations. The Dux has the power to expand the great Empire of Ancient Rome."

Good party for Dragon Age Origins?

You can finish the game with any kind of party you want. Its how you like to play.
I like to play with a tank, a healer/buffer and 2 damage dealers. Since you are a 2 handed warrior you can be either a damage dealer or a tank.

The 2-handed warrior is in my opinion the best tank in the game once you reach orzammar. It may not have the massive defense of a sword+shield warrior or the invulnerability capabilities of an arcane warrior but is the best crowd and threaten control in the game. The main idea of a tank is to keep the attention of the enemies away from your other members while your damage dealers wipes them out. The main talents of a tank are threaten and taunt. But why a 2-handed over a sword+shield? Well, the worst nightmare of a tank is to being stun and knocked back or paralyzed because you will lose threaten and the enemies will start to seek out your other characters. This can be solved with high physical resistance. But a better way is to use the sustained talent indomitable from the 2-handed tree. This provides immunity to knock back and stun. Also you will need equipment with spell resistance to prevent your tank from being paralyzed or other nasty spells. you can obtain more and better info from here: http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Tanking:...

But in these early stages of the campaign I suggest you to stick with Alistair as your tank and you as a damage dealer.

Now that you have your tank you will need a healer because he will take a lot of punishment. Wynne is the best one for this role. You need to fulfill all the creation tree (except for the last branch which is useless) and the hexes from the entropy tree to have a great healer/supporter. Also flaming weapons and freezing weapons adds a nice bonus to ally melee damage (if your party is based in melee characters).

Now you will need the damage dealers. This will be your main offensive source and its up to you. You can choose between 2 rouges, 1 rouge and a mage, 1 rougue and another 2 handed warrior. Always have a rouge so you can pick locks. This is not not a must but sometimes you will miss nice treasures from locked chests. I recommend you your main character and Leliana as damage dealers. You can replace Morrigan instead of Leliana, but you will miss the locked chests.

Do snipers have to account for the curvature/rotation of the earth when performing long distance shots?

Yes, they have to correct because of the Coriolis effect. This phenomenon is due to earth’s rotation, and changes according to the hemisphere you are in. In the northern one the bullet will always drift to the right, in the southern hemisphere the bullet will be deflected to the left. Note that I used right and left, not east or west, because it’s referred to the shooting direction. But this isn’t over yet: you also have to compensate on the vertical axis. At 1,000 yards, firing east, you’d have to aim [math]\pm[/math] 6 inches lower than your target, 6 inches higher firing west.Hope this was helpful

Why do we still read Shakespeare's work at school?

The issues are timeless: jealousy, naked ambition, greed, senility, mistrust, love, adoration, mistaken identity

What bullets travel the farthest, and why?

so here’s how this works. Fire any gun in a level trajectory. At the same time, drop any weight from the same height as the gun barrel. When the weight hits the ground, the bullet hits the ground. Period. The faster the bullet, the further it goes. But the “time aloft” does not exceed the time it takes to drop from the same height. You can shoot from the top of the Burj high-rise, and drop a weight off at the same time. When the weight hits the sidewalk below, killing half a dozen pedestrians and disabling a cab, the bullet will come to earth in, say, the Bronx, but, worse luck for us, missing Donald Trump.A bullet fired at a 45º angle of elevation should travel the further, but eventually the earth wins. Because a bullet gets only a single impulsive force from its cartridge, it cannot accelerate along its trajectory like a rocket and therefore, it always hits the ground at the same time.So to win a contest for longest “time aloft”, you go to the highest point you can find. Some geographical considerations intervene, of course. You can stand at 29,000 feet on Mount Everest, but you can’t get a powerful enough bullet to clear the adjacent mountain ranges, so the time aloft is shortened. Besides, the average elevation of mountains near Mt. Everest raises the floor and reduces the amount of time a bullet has to fall. While Mt. Everest is 29,000 feet above sea level, the Himalayas are nowhere close to the sea. You might get no more than a 10,000 foot drop. How long does it take an object to fall 10,000 feet? Introductory physics gives you the formula. If you fire a bullet from space, unless you can accelerate it beyond the escape velocity of earth’s gravity, then you cannot get much more time aloft than if you dropped a rock from the same place. Most high powered rifle bullets travel at no more than 3000 feet per second. But escape velocity from earth is about 36,000 feet per second. The international space station is currently traveling at around 26,000 feet per second, and needs an occasional boost to keep from falling to earth, So go to the ISS, fire your bullet, bring it to a velocity of about 29,000 feet per second if you've aimed carefully enough along the trajectory of ISS, and it will move out into an orbit several hundred feet above the orbit of ISS, until gravity drags it back. How long? Well, do it first, and then I’ll give you the formula.
