Well, first off, it’s always more fun with a friend. An easy way to play online is via a program called LogMeIn Hamachi. I’ll save that for the end, though.Some of my favorite challenges are as follows. Do all of them on hard mode!Don’t build a shelter. You’re now a traveller, and you can only take with you what fits in your inventory.Build a fort first. Make it in creative mode, and see how long you can survive without collecting any more resources.Live in the nether. It’s a lot harder than it sounds.Start with your inventory full of diamonds. You can’t put them in chests, and you have to sacrifice a full stack to free up 1 inventory slot. You’re not allowed to craft diamond blocks.Play the game using only one hand. It’s incredibly difficult.Set a goal and a time limit. For example, defeat the Wither within 40 minutes of starting.Just play creative mode. If you’re getting sick of survival, then try something else! Maybe play an adventure map, or build one yourself.Alright then, now about multiplayer. You’re gonna want to download a program called LogMeIn Hamachi (Google it). It looks like this:Sign up for an account, and click the power button. When it turns on, create a new network. Have your friends download the same program, and join the network.Now, start up a world, pause, and select “Open to LAN.” In the chat, it will say something like “Game hosted on port 25565.” Remember that number.Up in the top of the Hamachi window, where it says “Your IPv4,” there will instead be a number — something like “123.456.789.10.” Have your friends go into Minecraft, select Multiplayer, and select “Direct Connect.”They will need to type in your Hamachi IPv4 address, followed by a colon, and then the port number.
