Smoking weed in the school bus !!, What could happen if we get caught?
We smoke weed DAILY in the bus with friends and im not saying this but dont ask how, but we come from rich families, my dad is rich and my friends who are with me on the bus are rich too, so we have enough money to smoke weed everyday on the bus, we always sit in the backseat and the driver know's that we smoke weed and sometimes he stops at supermarkets for us so we can get out and get some rolling pappers, the rest of the bus are little children which we treat to not say anything lol we have been smoking weed in the bus from the beginning of the year, what if the school finds out? can it be a big problem for the bus driver? hes a very kind man tho, and we wouldnt want any problem to happen to him !! what if our parents find out or the parents of the little children?, what do you think could happen? and dont say stop smoking weed in the bus because we almost finished school, its summertime and we only got a couple of weeks left !!

heres the deal: my main source of weed is a guy at my school. i know him and ****, and i just recently figured out he was selling (i walked in on him with it in the bathroom XD ) so i bought some last moday and i'm looking forward to getting more next week. but, today someone (i have my suspicions) was smoking weed in the bathroom today-and thw whole hall smelled of weed, so they started clearing out lockers, looking for weed and asking questions.now im scared to buy again in case we get caught. its my only way to get it-i have no connects in my hood. what if i get caught? i have no criminal record-AT ALL. im 15, live in Florida and would probably have enough weed on me if i got caught to roll an average sized joint or two. any thoughts? ps: don't post bullshit like "your throwing your life away!" just stay on topic please. i know buying weed at school is stupid, but its my only way.

So, you're 16 and your driving in Virginia with your driver's licence. (You can actually get your licence at 16 and 3 months in Virginia) and you're smoking cigarettes. What would happen? Is it legal? Would you get your licence taken away? Would your parents be notified?

They would probably get taken down to the police station and have their parents called to pick them up. The punishment may be a required class on drug use or possibly community service. I don't see a 13-year old getting sent to jail over this.

I smoked in high school while I sat in the parking lot in my truck which technically violated the school’s anti smoking policy because it was on school grounds, but nobody ever said a thing. Probably because most of the students knew that quite a few staff members smoked in an alcove literally just outside of one of the sets of side doors.In terms of punishments the way my school handled it was pretty decent in my opinion as it was mostly a three strike policy with the first being a stern warning maybe a day or two of in school suspension (otherwise known as detention during school) the next was ten days of in school, with the third being a definite suspension.However I feel that the way it was handled when a teacher caught a kid smoking during our senior trip was perfectly fine as she took his smoke and stubbed it out before him on the ground. The other option was detention and who really wants to do that kind of paperwork when you’re supposed to be having fun? I mean really.

These are the types of situations that will determine the type of person you are going to be. You went into the closet with your friends, well aware of why you were going in there. The fact that, midway through, you backed out, doesn’t absolve you of guilt. You ARE just as guilty as the others. You DESERVE the same punishment as the rest. But more than any of that, nothing you say or do is going to help your situation, as it isn’t important. What IS important, is where your integrity lies. What type of CHARACTER are you really made of? Would you turn on your friends to save yourself from a fate that you brought upon yourself. Quite frankly, if I had a friend that needed to think about this, I would go to the Dean with that friend, say that you did nothing; took no part in the activities; you were just in the wrong place, at the wrong time. I’d then spit at your feet, and never talk to you again. No one needs “friends” like that.

Many years ago , 1962 I think, I was in the restroom where there were a bunch of guys smoking and yes I was one of them. As I came out a female teacher, grabbed my hand and smelled my fingers then took me to the principals office where I was suspended for 3 days. I did not have a lighter, cigarettes or anything except fingers that smelled like I was smoking. I would suspect that if caught you would face suspension as well, things are much different today than they were 49 years ago towards the acceptance of tobacco.
