Take a look at what subtests go into the scores you need (general science and mechanical comprehension I believe) and focus hard on the AFQT subtests and those.

Your have to score a 30 or above on the ASVAB but you will not get that many options on what type of military job your going to do. for a 68W you have to get above 60 and if you score above 50 you get a kicker for the MIGBill. Health care specialist is difficult, you will have to have a civilian education at least two years of college in the medical field and than you will have to do another 2 more years training at Fort Sam. for your AIT just like your resident.
