How do I find out my jean size?
Use a measuring tape and measure around your waist (one of the tailor ones, not a utility one). Your age isn't important, but your height would be useful. If you are 154 lbs. and 5'1" you are going to wear a different size than if you are 6'3". When I was in the 150 lbs. range I was about 5'11" and wore a 32" waist. I wore 30" legs, but I have kind of short legs for my size. Good job on losing the weight. I wish I could drop that much. That would get me to a pretty healthy weight.
What size am i if i wear a size 27 jean?
i usually buy my jeans at urban outiftters.. and i always buy their size 27.. which is different from how most stores size their jeans. so what size is a 27 in "normal" sizes like 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 etc? i am looking to buy a pair of shorts from urban outfitters online and am not sure of what size to get because their shorts sizes are different from their jeans sizes. hah sorry if this is confusing. thanks to anyone who knows.

You can't really convert regular sizes into Miss Me s.Miss Me jeans/shorts/etc. sizes are measured by how many inches around your waist is. For example i wear size12 in regular jeans and size 27 in Miss Me jeans they have nothing to do with each other though!

Start off by thinking of what jean style you like the most or is the most flattering to you. I tend to have problems buying jeans as well since I have really long legs. Once you figure out what style you like, go to a boutique that specializes in their jeans. Pretty much any clothing store sells jeans, but stores specializing in jeans tend to have more options. I personally buy my jeans from Buckle, but I know it can be pricey sometimes. Try on a few pairs from the store in different sizes or similar styles to find what you like best. You can always ask an employee to help you pick jeans that are best for you. Girls like us should NEVER buy our jeans online since we cannot try them on first. Remember, your size may be different depending on where you buy your jeans or the Jean style. Are your legs short? I personally would rather have my jeans baggies towards the bottom (that way I can just roll them up). They can always shrink to the desired size, but wash them carefully every time after.
