What Would You Do How Can I Help My Friend Quick

HELP QUICK!! MY FRIEND HAS SALMONELLA!?

My close friend has salmonella and can't get to a hospital.
He's really, really sick. Severely dehydrated, vomiting constantly. Blood even comes up when he vomits.
What does he do?! I'm really worried about him,
This is a friend who lives too far away for me to go help him. If I could, I would, but it's impossible.

How can me and my friend make money quickly!!?

Put your talents and interests together to create a business name and list yourselves as owners. Design a flyer stating Your Business name, your names as owners, services provided, and days and hours of operation. Your services could be things such as babysitting, tutoring children ages 6-10, helping client with household chores or projects, reading to children or elderly people, sweeping driveways, just anything you would like to do and can do well. Its like being a handyteen instead of a handyman. Put the flyers in mailboxes, car windshields, churches, local stores in areas you know you would be able to work. It could be fun and profitable.

Smoking, mum, friend quick help?

so i smoke, and my friend asked if my mum knew. I said yeah, she's cool with it. My mum doesn't actually know. This friend is sleeping at my house on saturday night, and she wants to smoke, i said we can do it in the park. But I don't want her to say anything about it and I'm scared my mum will smell it on me, because if my friend thinks my mum knows she wont see the need for using body spray. Can I have any advise please. Don't say smoking is bad and i shouldn't do it.

How do I help my friend learn English fast?

Here is a list of things I could think of.Ask her to read books. Let her keep a dictionary by her side and note down all the new words that she has learnt. Also ask her to give you a review of what she has read that day. Use the new words in a sentence each.Watch English movies/series with subtitles. Watch the same movie later with no subtitles. Gradually try watching movies entirely with no subtitles.Write about a random topic each day. You could connect the topic you give today and the one you would give the next week. That way she will learn more about the same topic in detail and will remember for a longer time.Attend spoken English classes locally. Interacting with the local people will naturally build the tone, pronunciation and confidence.Start a blog and write about your progress in it. Start off simple, later on you can improvise. Read other blogs on English speaking and see how others are handling it.Be involved in sites like Quora where you can always learn something new everyday. :)

My friend and I feel like baking, what are some quick recipes that would be easy to make?

We have all of the MAIN ingredients, like salt sugar and brown sugar, also eggs and milk (of course!) But we want something different, and fun to make! Thanks! =)

Audio Engineering Help? Quick 10pts?

The best answer:
1. Matching levels so the tracks are at similar volumes.
2. Audio signal processing.
3. Feedback.
4. Equalization.
5. When an audio signal's amplitude is greater than the recording device can handle.
6. Nothing can help. Music drowns out your friend's voice.
7. Change the balance when left channel is much too quiet.
8. Fading
9. Edit the parts to get that riff into the better recording.
10. An effect that sounds like a person saying "wah" over and over again.

Cheers ebs

Help! please and quick.my friend bit me and now i have a BIG bruise round it.?

That is a normal reaction. When your friend bit you, the blood vessels just under the skin would have broken open and released blood in the tissue spaces causing a bruise.

As long as the skin itself wasn't broken you should be fine. If you do have open puncture wounds you should definitely look at going to the doctor and getting some shots!

There isn't much you can do except wait for it to go down by itself. By the sounds of it, I don't think you have anything to worry about :)

As a side note, the same thing happened to me before (and Im sure its happened to many others). I got bitten on the arm and got a massive blue bruise. Over the course of a couple of weeks it slowly went down changing from blue to purple, then maroon to green, then yellow to normal. It was quite spectacular. Lol. And embarrassing!

[EDIT] Broken skin means that their teeth actually cut through your skin. Eg, if you bled from it, your skin was broken.

I am 15 and my friend has 40% vodka. How fast will it get me drunk? How long will the inebriation effect last?

I'm going to go anonymous because I feel slightly dirty giving you this advice -- but you're going to drink this alcohol anyway, so you might as well do it wisely.I'm a man in my 30s and I can tell you about a time when I was about your age that I split a 375 ml bottle with a friend of mine. I was VERY drunk. I think my young liver cleaned itself out pretty well because I wasn't particularly hungover the next morning, but I think I got off easy.If you do the math, a shot of vodka is about 44 ml. So half of a 375 ml bottle is a little over 4 shots.I was pushing it, though, and I'm a fairly hefty guy (200-ish pounds at age 15), so I don't get drunk as easily.I'd recommend keeping it down to about two shots worth, especially if you're inexperienced. This will be enough to give you a good idea of what the "drunk" feeling is like, but not enough to make you uncomfortable. In subsequent drinking sessions, you can decide whether or not this is a good number, but without any experience, that's where I'd start.Math -- it's your friend when ingesting psychoactive substances.
