What would you do if you were giant sized??
It depends. Was I always like this or did I just 'grow up' one day? For the former, I'd probably think of people as bugs at first but sympathize with them, later. With the later, I would hope that I wouldn't take advantage of people. I would want to think that I would use my newfound powers to help others. But I don't know if I'd have the willpower to not go bad. I know for sure if I'd feel real guilty if I stepped on anybody, though.

This raises the question - how did I BECOME a giant? Is this putting forth that I had always been a giant, or is it suggesting what if I just woke up one day as an insta-giant? The scenarios generate quite different answers.Let’s start with the latter. If I just suddenly turned into a giant one day, I’ll assume I would have either busted out the walls of whatever building I was within, or would shortly die of a broken neck or other injury from being compressed in a space too small to old me. Assuming I survived, I’d then have to deal with the consequences of the destruction I wrought (I would of course find myself naked at that time as well). Concerned about being taken down by the police or military I would endeavor to flee to an unpopulated area, trying REALLY HARD not to squish anyone as I ran (although I’m not sure I could succeed). If I did eventually find a place to hide, I would likely starve to death before terribly long. Then someone would write a tragic ballad about my misadventures and Peter Jackson would adapt the story for film.Now, examining the former - if, as a youngster, I just kept growing and growing, it would be odd but I’d have time to adjust. My parents would surely have taken me in for a litany of tests. I’d be a medical curiosity. Scientists would write papers. Samples of my DNA would be scrutinized. I’d eventually gain some celebrity. Perhaps product endorsement deals. Companies would compete to create items, like clothes, that I could actually use, imagining the attention it would bring. Between the public, corporate and government attention, and considering that my size would essentially make me “disabled” for most purposes, I would likely be able to achieve some sort of housing, and perhaps a job in construction or some such. I tend to believe that my status as a medical oddity would make society sympathetic and thus willing to help me to the best of its ability.I like the second scenario better (though it’s likely optimistic).

Probably a harmless giant. Being a giant will involve in being a lot of pain. Earth’s gravity and our biology does not allow us to grow beyond a certain point. If you do that, you start leading a very agonizing existence.With such agony, I will be able to do very little, good or bad.

Hmmm. No matter what I do, woodland and domestic animals would give thought to the preparation of their wills. If I "release" under water, the methane bubble would devastated sealife. I would use my attorney to issue a cease and desist against the U.S. military, since use of the military within the U.S. violates Posse Comitatus Act - Wikipedia.Not only that, but as a U.S. citizen, law enforcement actually needs to suspect me of a crime before they can attempt to arrest me. And the scenario doesn’t propose a crime that I have committed. If they did attempt to arrest me, I would comply with their orders.The scenarios seen in movies first have the monster engaging in wanton destruction and being a clear and present danger. I would avoid any behavior along those lines and depend on the Rule of Law to protect me from the authorities.
