What Would You Name 4 Siblings If

What would you name their siblings?

Oooh, lets see....

Amabel: Daphne, Lorna, Celia and Piers
Felix: Zinnia and Astrid
Kasper: Alfie, Francis and Lars
Eméline: Gabrielle
Romilly: Darcey and Tobias
Finley: Austin, Sasha and Alice
Cedric: Allegra
Josephine: Sebastian, Charles, Hugh, Charlotte and Sophia

That took me ages!

I imagine that last family to be quite posh, same with Cedric and his sister. Felix and his family are cooler I think, I gave them funkier names. And Amabel and her siblings have more unusual, and slightly older generation names. Kasper's family are "new money". Romilly and her sibs have younger parents, maybe in the mid 20's.

BQ: I love the nickname, but I do feel it needs a full name. Anything with that 'ee' ending for a boy does in my opinion. Just for when they are adults. I love Frederick...don't you like it?!

What do you think of these names for siblings?

Hi all! Just looking for some feedback on these names for a potential sibling set. I appreciate any and all opinions, but please keep it tasteful. I understand that these names may not be everyone's cup of tea, but please just let me know what you think of the names in terms of flow, sound and how they work together as a sibling set. Don't worry about pronunciation issues, as I would only ever use these names if I lived in Ireland, where everyone knows how to pronounce them.

So, please rate/comment on each name individually, and then on the sibling-set.

1. Malachy Tadhg (MAL-uh-kee TAYG)
2. Aoife Claire (EE-fuh CLAIR)
3. Ludhaigh Tomas (LOO-ee TOM-as)
4. Saoirse Niamh (SEER-shuh NEEV)
5. Cillian Aonghus (KIL-ee-in ANG-gus)
6. Darcy Eoghan (DAR-see OWE-en - like Owen)

Thankyou so much! :) Oh, and I'm not expecting :)

What would you name a sibling to Maren?

I would name every child with a name that I truly loved, rather than one that went with a sibling - I think each child deserves a name that the parents love as much as if it were their first child being named.

I think Maren is a lovely name, It looks like it's a version of Maria. Since they don't sound identical and Maria is one of my very favorite names, I might use that name. Another girl name I love is Haven - it has five letters like Maren, and is not a common name, so there is that connection.

Boy names I like are:

Henry
Jesse
Joseph
Preston
Holden
Judd (or Judson)
Garrett
Gage
Simeon
Zane

What would you name six siblings out of these names?

Only 6? That's just cruel with such lovely names, so many of these are on my favourites list! I'm going to cheat a little and do two sibsets; one with shorter names and one with longer ones, if you don't mind!

Sibling Names for Nikolai help please?

We are so very excited to be expecting our second little one in June. I am only in my first trimester so we don't know if its a boy or a girl, but we want at least 3 children so its good to think of at least 2 more names that go with Nikolai. I LOVE the name Lorelei for a girl and am leaning towards that name, but nothing is certain and I'm open to suggestions. I begin to love it less when I have a hard time thinking of a third name that would go well with the two. That's assuming a girl, of course! Perhaps another 3-syllable one? So, I really have three questions:

1. Nikolai and Lorelei, yes or no?
2. Sibling names for Nikolai and Lorelei?
3. Other sibling names for Nikolai?

If Harry Potter had any siblings....?

Harry would have two sisters:
The first one would be his twin, she would be called Hilary Lily Grace Potter, she would have straight black hair and the same piercing green eyes as Harry.
The second sister would be one year younger than Harry and Hilary, her name would be Holly Jane Potter, she would be the odd one out in her family and have the same red hair as her mother but her father's blue eyes. Both sisters are wizards, they both are in Griffindor.

Hermione would have one younger sister and one younger brother:
The younger sister would be 3 years younger than Hermione and they are very similar, she would be called Artemis Grace Granger, she would look a lot like Hermione. Artemis is also a witch but she is in Ravenclaw not Griffindor.
The younger brother would be 4 years younger than Hermione and although he is very clever he is a muggle. He would be called Zeus John Granger. He also looks like Hermione.

Neville would have a twin brother and sister who are younger and better at everything than him.
They are called Anna and Theodore, they don't look or act like Neville at all. They are 2 years younger than him, and they do not get a long well.

My names for Harry and Ginny's kids would be:
Lillie Molly Jane
Albus Remus James
Severus Arthur Ronald

My names for Hermione and Ron's kids would be:
Tessa Rose Luna
Oliver Fred William

What do you think of these names for fictional siblings (Country)?

Tucker Milo Flynn Whitlock- Tucker is definitly country to me. i actually like that name. Milo is NOT country to me at all. it's more eccentric and/or old fashion. Flynn is a bit more 'modern' to me not country. Country w/the name Tucker to me would be something like Tucker Mason Finn Whitlock. I like Tucker and Flynn. I dont care for Milo.

Reilly Felix Blaine Whitlock- i prefer it Riley. (one L). Riley could be 'country' to me. Felix is not. Felix to me is more bohemian and/or artistic, i think "artist living in a New York flat". Blaine to me could be country though. I think Riley Ferris Blaine sounds country. I like Riley and Blaine. I dont care for Felix.

Elliott Gunther Bleu Whitlock- Elliott i dont find country at all. it's more upper-class to me. Eli sound country. Eli Gunther Bleu sounds like a super redneck! LOL i dont like Gunther. I like Elliot and Bleu.

Tatum Avery Lane- I dont like Tatum on boys. Avery to me is preppy not country. Lane is most definitly country (reminds me of Lane Frost- the bullrider). Tucker would work here too, but you've already got that so- Tanner Asa Lane would be awesome! that sounds like a cowboy for sure. (Asa- said A-suh). I like Tatum for girls. I like Avery and I like Lane.

Annabel Poppy Clara- Annabel i prefer spelled Anabel. I dont really find it country though for some reason i find it more i dunno.....uh.....classic. country A name...um.....Alma! Alma Penny Cloris. i just dont think Annabel Poppy Clara is country at all, it sounds like a girl that lives in the UK. Alma Penny Cloris sounds like a farmgirl. I like Anabel, i love Poppy, and Clara is lovely.

BQ: well i listed some examples already but...ill list more:

bothers:
Tanner Jay Douglas Whitlock
Hunter Mason Lee Whitlock
Colter Alec Wayne Whitlock
Betty Viola Ann Whitlock

BQ2: I listed that already up there
Tucker Mason Finn

BQ3: Whitlock is fine.

BQ4:
um. i dunno 6 siblings w/poetry names?

Can my siblings, parents, and other family members sue me for using their real name in my writing?

Anyone can sue anyone for anything. Whether they would be successful depends on factors such as libel/slander, or pain caused.Aside from the legal aspect, I suppose there's also the ethical and moral. And while you might not care today if you hurt or embarrass them, will you feel the same in the future? And is the gain (exposure, vengeance, power, purging, money) worth the potential fallout, be that hurt, anger, fighting or anything else?
