What Would You Think If .this Happened

Which one is correct, "What did happen?" or "What happened?"?

Both, depending on the circumstances. “What happened?” is simply a question of what occurred, in the past tense. “What did happen?” is asking for verification or clarification and, in speaking the question, “did" would be stressed. “The car is wrecked! Did you hit a tree?” “No.” “Well, what DID happen?”

What would have happened if Karna wouldn't have given his Kavach and Kundal to Indra?

In warfare Karna was better than Arjun , with or without his Kavach and Kundal. So the one obvious destiny would have been that the war would have been extended for long. Arjun had Sri Krishna on his side, who would never let Arjun die. As he did twice to save his life from Karna's weopons. In case of Karna, he, with Lord Parashuram's Vijay bow was invincible even without his Kavach and Kundal. Lord Krishna had to set mischievous plots to kill him. Talking about Ghatotkatch, Karna would have still be able to kill him. He had other and more destructive divine wepons than the Shakti astra. In Mahabharat when Karna entered the Kurukshetra for war, that whole duration was called Karna parva. After the death of Abhimanyu, Arjun got furious.Thinking that Karna was the one who killed Abhimanyu, Arjun killed two of Karna's sons.On this Karna got furious and used Bhargavastra against the Pandavas army. When Bhargavastra was invoked into existence for the first time in history, there appeared millions and millions of ultra sharp arrows with blazing appearance. The sky was so filled with arrows that it appears like a cloud of arrows and even visibility was lost in the rain of arrows. The earth trembles and these arrows hit and killed hundreds of thousands of men, steeds, elephants and destroyed countless chariots .This astra almost exterminated the Panchal's and the Chedis. Whoever opposes the weapon become dead and the entire Pandava army ran away from the battlefield fearing this weapon. Even Krishna and Arjuna had to ran away from the battle field in order to escape from that weapon. With this blow Karna was able to wipe out lakhs of Padavas' army.So in few words the war would have extended for long. But the end result of the war would have been same.

What would happen to a cell placed in pure water?

As we know that pure water is a hypotonic solution that is, amount of solute is less and solvent is more. If we put a cell into fresh water, the solvent will go inside the body of the cell and the cell will burst.

What Could Happen if You Accidentally Inhale a Nail Clipping?

You guys are paranoid for no reason. He is not choking, and he can breathe. Tell him to calm down and man up. A tiny nail clipping will not stop you from breathing. It will eventually dissolve in his body, and there will be no injuries or anything to worry about.

Mormons. What happens if "power of the priesthood" is worthless, but you dont know it?

This is a multi-dimensional question. One is the micro issue of the person...are they worthy, if not, did it count, if no, then what. Then the macro question of...do Mormons really have the only right to administer ordinances and are those ordinances really the key to heaven?

First, per LDS scriptures (D&C 121), the powers of heaven or priesthood withdraw when a man abuses his power. The patriach who gave me my patriarchial blessing was later found to be a child molestor. I was told that heaven would sort this out and not to get another one. Okay, but didn't he perform many other LDS ordinances that would be called into question now? It was an awkward moment for church leaders to answer that, especially in light of D&C 121. Their response was to shrug and say, God will sort this out.

To the LDS, priesthood is everything because per D&C 84:20-22 only through the ordinances of the priesthood is the power of Godliness made manifest unto men. And no man can see God without the priesthood. I guess that didn't occur to Joseph Smith because when he supposedly saw God in 1820, he had no priesthood.

To my LDS friends I would offer that no ritual is needed to be right with God, but real and true faith in Christ. Please read Galatians, especially chapter 3, to understand Paul's position on this. When we put our trust in rituals, priesthood, we negate something much more important; that only through Jesus can any of us stand before God. No ritual, just Jesus.

My daughter was raped by 3 guys and they are getting away with it...what can I do?

My daughter was raped on June 7, 2008 by three guys. Two of them are 19 and one is 16. They drugged her and served her alcohol. She had physical bruising and the SANE nurse at the ER said she had forced abraisions in her mouth and in her genital area. We are pressing charges against all three. But found out today that the county atty is dropping the charges on one of them because it was their word against hers. That is BS...she is 16 and they are adults. She was drunk and was not in your right mind. She remembers what happened and she said she DID not consent to this. I think the police in my town are scared of the black community and therefore are not going through with this. Two of these boys are from Chicago and have been in trouble there before and the other from here is no stranger to the police system. What do i do now. My daughters life has been ripped from her. I as a mother have to sit here and think of the nasty disgusting things they did to my little girl.
