I'm skinny but i have fat legs?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Skinny legs after cast?!?

well i broke my ankle and i have this cast on my leg.and i was wondering because of the cast, my leg go soo much skinnier.when i have this cast taken off will it go back to normal or what.because my left leg is fat and my right is skinny.and if i just workout my left leg it will just get buff while my right will still be skinny.any input would be appreciated!thanks!

How can I get skinny legs in a week?

Walk 5-10 minutes to warm your muscles. Stretch for at least 1 minute per muscle. Jog for 15 minutes. This may also be substituted by 10-15 minutes of skipping a jump rope, just make sure you do it properly. Kick your legs up to your butt. These are called butt kicks or kick backs . Do at least 50 times per leg. It may seem a lot but it's not as much as you think! Run and lift your knees up to waist height. Walk for about 5-7 minutes to slow your heart rate. Do leg squats and leg rolls. Leg squats are just simply spreading your legs shoulder width apart and squatting. Leg rolls are where you lay down on the floor and place one leg in the air and roll it in a circular motion. Stretch or walk around for at least 5-10 minutes to cool down. Break into a jog every chance you get! And try to drink lots of water in order to stay hydrated. Go biking or cycling. Cycling around is a great way to burn fat and substitute it with muscle mass. By some estimates, if you weigh 130 lb (59 kg), you can burn anywhere from 325 to 550 calories per hour, depending on your speed. This makes cycling a great way to lose weight. There are several ways to use a bike to get skinnier legs: Biking around casually. Bike to the grocery store instead of driving. Bike to work instead of taking public transportation. If you bike casually, going about 11 mph (17.6 km/h), you can burn 275-450 calories per hour, depending on your weight. Use a stationary bike at home or at the gym. Because this is a bit lighter of an exercise, expect to burn anywhere from 250-450 calories per hour, depending on your weight. Do a spinning class. Spinning classes are butt-kicking but definitely worth it. The advantage here is that you burn a lot of calories: a 145 lb (65.8 kg) person might expect to burn about 750-1000 calories per hour of very vigorous spinning. How do guy's get super skinny legs/thighs?????????????????

Im a guy, and Im pretty skinny...except for my thighs/legs...
Ive seen skaters who have legs/thighs like as thin as my arm!
How do I acheive that? I dont care if you think skinny legs are ugly, thats an opinion. I just want help.

My legs are skinnier below my knees and my thighs are alot bigger. Its not that much fat and not that much muscle. I just want to find a way to make them SKINNY!!! My legs are really muscular though and have big veins, anyways to get them skinnier and/or get rid of those veins???

Do not mention genetics, I do not care.
Do not mention that spot reducing is impossible. It is not. Ive proved that wrong.

You can give any helpful tips/excercises/dieting things to help me out though!

I have extremely skinny legs and i hate them? How can i make them look normal?

Years ago I took a step class at a fitness club and noticed that in a very short period of time my calves became firm and muscular (within 30 days) and that I was not able to put on boots easily anymore. You might try getting a stepper (most fitness stores should have them) and work out routines are on the internet or they come with a DVD too. I am not kidding, this worked very well in firming up my legs. Some fitness clubs or college campuses have Step Classes too if you want to do it in a group.

How can you get REALLY SUPER skinny legs?

Run, run, run. It's great for your heart, and paired with a simple carb cutting, it can help you be strong, healthy, and extremely lean. So if you want really skinny legs run as much as you can, but make sure to eat lots of protean, to build muscle, healthy fats, to keep your blood sugar stable, and complex carbs, so that your body gets all the nutrients it needs to grow and you don't end up being 5 feet when you grow up because you didn't eat enough and your body was using all your nutrients to keep itself running and couldn't spare any to help you grow. So eat lots and lots of healthy foods, and run, run, run!!!

I hate my long skinny legs so much?

I'm 14 and 5"8 and my legs are at the same height as my male friends who are 6"2 or taller. My general frame is stick thin and I hate it.
This wouldn't be a problem if people didn't keep reminding me of how my legs look. I understand that they might have good intentions or be jealous but all it does is make me feel like crap. The other day a complete stranger came up to me and told me that I have long legs. It's even worse now that we're doing mandatory swimming for school and nearly everyone feels like telling me, in case I didn't know.
My friends all have thicker, not-as-long legs and they all look so muh prettier and attractive than I do. They don't look awkward and lanky just standing like I do.
Please don't say 'I would kill for long skinny legs' because it's people who say things like that which has caused my hatred for my legs

What are the ways to improve thin / skinny  legs and arms?

Yes. I am assuming you have a rather high metabolism and it seems like no matter how much exercise and food you eat you never gain any bulk.The answer to this is hard work.First, make sure you do everything with proper form, and make sure you are fit enough to do certain weights and exercises.Develop a baseline which will help you map your progress. Measure all the muscles that you want to see growth in. Use a fabric measuring tape and while flexing the muscle, measure the largest part of the muscle and write it down, and date it. Take measurements every couple of weeks.Make a workout journal/diet journal. Every day write down what weight, how many reps, and what you ate. That way you can see how far you progress and you can remember what workouts you have done.Stretch! Always stretch!Generally, in order to bulk, you have to lift heavier with less repetitions. For example, if I wanted to have smaller but defined tone in my biceps, I would do bicep curls with a 15lb dumbbell, at at least 15–20 repetitions. Instead, if I was going for growth, I would lift a 30lb-45lb dumbbell at least 8–10 repetitions, and consistently increase the weight. So you would have to find a weight max that will still allow you to lift at least 8 reps, 3–4 sets.Focusing on specific muscles and groups of muscles is key as well. For example, have a back day, leg day, shoulder and arms day, chest day, coreYou can still do cardio but don’t run long distances ( 5+ miles). a better form of cardio that will still form muscle is sprinting, or high intensity training.Also, you have to consume more calories than you are burning, and more protein. Protein is better consumed naturally in your diet like from chicken, milk and eggs, but you can also use the protien powder. Just make sure you get powder that doesn’t have extra stuff in it like carbs, sodium, sugar, etc.I believe the protein ratio is 1g to 1lb to maintain and 1.5–2g to 1lb to bulk.
