How do you prevent someone from changing a legal contract if you only sign the last page?
So I'm the founder and CEO of ApproveMe and the WP E-Signature WordPress plugin which focuses 100% on legally binding documents and UETA & ESIGN compliance in the WordPress space.Being an eSignature geek myself, I have the same concerns you do about the vulnerability (and enforceability) of eSignature based documents.I can only tell you how we handle this... All WP eSignature signed documents and signatures are kept hidden and encrypted on the server at all times, using a GUID encryption sequence. If a hacker ever attempts to unencrypt a document and change so much as a period to a comma the document will automatically throw a 404 Document not found message and alert all parties associated with the document that their document has been tampered with. If this were to happen you could prove in court that the document was tampered with and not the original document that you eSigned.

Hi yes you can put a contract sim into a payg phone i did this when i was on orange the only thing i had to do was to get the contract settings for mms & wap for the contract sim as the payg settings wouldnt work sending mms messages ! its always worth checking with your network provider about the settings . .. hope this helps . sly

It depends on how you want to view it. If you view marriage as a “contract” then when your relationship hits a prolonged tough spot you will start to consider whether you would be better off terminating this contract and signing a better one.But if you think about marriage as a covenant, when you hit that inevitable rough patch you will be focused on what you need to do in order to make this relationship work. A contract mentality leads to short term thinking, while a covenant mentality leads to the mindset that is needed to make long term relationships possible.I entered our marriage viewing it as a contract and changed my mindset about 7 years in. The difference that change has led to in our relationship is profound. I doubt many couples who have been married for 50 years still view their marriage as a contract.

When you switch to WAP, you won't be changing the way you access the internet, you'll just be changing the way you get information from the websites on the internet. i totally agree with you , since you seem to be asking for opinions , consider this , the person at CERN who wrote the source code for the www did it for the good of mankind ,to enable people to Communicate better , it was also his idea that something like face book to be put together ,as far as i know he got a maths price ,jonas salk ( polio ) gave it to mankind , the woman that had the patiens for WAP the technology for cellphones had her work hijacked , n TESLA discoverer of AC had a contract with westinghouse , george westinghouse was in financial trouble ,tesla tore up the contract after getting an assurance from george that he would be supplied with material to continue his experiments , he died a pauper , i get just as upset about this subject as you . and under no circumstances would i watch the Academy awards ,or shows like that !
