Whats It Mean My California Personal Return Has Been Accepted Why Do They Have To Approve Whats

Little advice?? property manager wont return my calls?

Hi I have a question about an apartment. About a little over a month I applied for an apartment that I fell in love with along with the application I had to give a fee of 50 dollars. The property manager called me back two weeks later while I was at work left me a message that I was approved and to call me back to sign the lease n give first months rent and the rest of my deposit. I did right after work n left him a message in hopes of meeting the next day so I can move in on December 1. It has now been almost two weeks, I have left him a couple voicemails and called probably a billion times. He won't return my calls or pick up the phone. Sometimes it goes right to voicemail others it rings a couple times and goes to voicemail. Personally I don't feel I should be getting ignored. I now am wondering do I want to live here if he doesn't return my calls? So is there any advice on what I should do. Do I have any rights to getting back my application fee? What would you do?

Please help...can my accident attorney drop my case, and no further assist me...?

Your attorney chose your doctor! This tells me that you went to a "mill" attorney, or one that you saw advertising on TV. Big mistake. Anyway....

Since the matter was referred to a trial attorney, I assume that suit was filed. This being the case, your attorney cannot "drop your case" unless he files with the court. The judge will have to approve the request. You can contact the court and find out if a substitution of counsel has been ordered/submitted.

I assume that a trial date has been scheduled. The trial attorney needs to review the file to get up to speed. Continue to call, or go in person to find out who has been assigned to handle your lawsuit. Your attorney apparently has quite a few clients, and will get to you when he can.

How long does fafsa financial aid take to get approved.?

Here is a run-down of the FAFSA timeline:

You will receive a response back from the processing center in approximately 2-3 weeks from the date that you file your FAFSA. This is called a Student Aid Report (SAR). If you provided an email address on your FAFSA, you will receive this notice by email instead.

Your SAR will give you a copy of all the information you submitted on your FAFSA, your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and comments. It also tells you if you are selected for verification.

If you are not selected for verification or in need of any other institutional documentation, your school will usually complete your financial aid file within 5 business days of receiving your FAFSA. You will then be sent an award letter that tells you what awards are being offered as part of your award package, and the disbursement dates for each of your awards. The date of disbursement is going to vary from school to school as some schools disburse every week, some twice a month, and some only once a month.

If you ARE selected for verification or need to submit any other documents requested by your school's financial aid office, be sure to do so immediately to ensure that your financial aid file is completed more quickly. Once all documents are submitted, your schools financial aid office will determine whether they need to make corrections to your FAFSA. If no corrections are necessary, your file will be complete and you will receive an award letter notifying you of your disbursement dates and amounts. If a correction is needed, the processing time may take a bit longer (this is why it's important to file your FAFSA accurately the first time!).

All in all, it depends on when you complete your file at your school and how often your school disburses. Total time between the time you file and the time a check is in your hands is anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on whether you are selected for verification, how quickly you submit required documents, and when your school disburses.

Does it cost a US army soldier anything to take leave while deployed?

Let me guess: You, or someone close to you, is romantically engaged with someone who contacted you/your friend online. This person is claiming to be serving with the US Army somewhere, and wants to go on leave to visit you/your friend, but need you to cover costs associated with getting leave, possibly also travel costs back to the “normal world”. You’ve never actually met this guy face to face, but you may have spoken on the phone. Did he perhaps already ask you to cover phone/Internet costs from where he is deployed?Sorry to have break this to you, but it’s a scam.Leave processing is free. Paperwork associated with military travel is free. Travel to and from deployment areas is also free. This is sadly a scam that is becoming all to common.
