What's a good song to sing for SM and JYP Audition?

It's your voice that gets you through an audition successfully, not the song. You could sing a nursery rhyme or any national anthem and if you sound good then you have a better chance of passing an audition. And for that matter, if you can't speak Korean then it really doesn't matter what language your audition song is in. You are showing off your voice and that should be your primary concern. Vote down if you want, but the answer to your question really is "sing what suits your voice".

Edit: Obviously you're a fangirl. I doubt you are following a family member into the entertainment industry or have been wowing family/church members/strangers/whoever with song and dance since you were 2 years old. I suspect that you are not ethnically Korean nor speak fluent Korean nor living in SK. So obviously, you are a fangirl and singing a song that's not SME or JYPE will not disguise that. There's no shame in that. Most idols start as fangirls/fanboys or famewhores, so the people auditioning you do not care. When you open your mouth, does something awesome come out? Are you gorgeous? Do you make dancing look effortless? Do you have lots of friends and people want to spend time around you? Those are the important questions.

Go on Youtube and find users that upload the weekly music shows. I found one for you to start. Watch videos from people you don't know one by one, until you hear a song you particularly like or a singer whose voice matches your own. If the voice matches, but you hate the song, it's still a success because you can now look up what else they've sung. Your song may be an additional song on their mini album that they never promoted or a song they covered on a radio show. Really, if you want to make music your career, you've got to know music. Expand your horizons outside of SME and JYPE.
