Whats The Most Effective Way To Lose Stretch Marks After Pregnancy

Do stretch marks go away after pregnancy?

There are a number of factors regarding stretch marks… One of the most important is skin care… If you begin consistent application of cocoa butter or certain other emollients to your skin as soon as you learn you’re pregnant, and keep up with that a couple of times a day, all through the pregnancy and beyond, that will help minimize stretch marks.Taking your vitamins regularly, and eating a very healthy diet high in fresh fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats, will also nourish your skin and make it supple and healthy. The amount of weight you gain, and how quickly can affect the size and intensity of the stretching - some people balloon out more suddenly, while others grow larger more slowly. Again, using very good skin emollients really does healp the skin stretch more easily, and with less damage.Genetics plays a role, hydration plays a role, and more. Just remember that stretch marks are a badge of honor, and kind of like a purple heart or war medal - your body has played host to, fed and created an entire new person, and that’s a pretty awesome thing. You can use aloe juice and vitamin E and argon oil to minimize the “scars”, but you earned them - be proud of them!!

Stretch marks and saggy tummy after pregnancy. What can I do?

My twins are now nearly 3 weeks old so exercise is out until I get the all clear of course.

I do a lot of walking which with a twin buggy, is quite strenuous exercise at times.

The saggyness is going a little already but I would like to get it toned up again once I get the go ahead at my 6 week check up so any advice would be gratefully received!

As for the stretch marks... as it was a twin pregnancy, my stomach is covered! I used Bio Oil during my pregnancy but it did nothing. I also used Cocoa butter cream, which just irritated my skin and made it itch like mad. Baby Oil soothed the itching but did nothing for the stretch marks really.
