What is a 10k ring worth?
There are a lot of variables in a diamond. People speak of the three C's: color clarity and carat weight. Did you get any papers with the ring, or could you get those papers retroactively? If your stone is 10 karat, then you have a rock. If your ring is 10 karat gold, then you have a low gold content ring. The first is good, the second isn't/ Pawnshops will usually if not always rip you off. I once tested that by taking a $30,000.00 ring to a pawnshop and asked them how much they would give me. Their answer was $1,000.00. If you have details of the stone, then go to a webpage called BlueNile.com and input that information to get a retail price for the stone.
How much is this P4SR ring worth?
It doesn't look particularly valuable. It has three 2-point diamonds of unknown quality. Very good quality 2-point diamonds in that style (round brilliant) can be purchased at Sears jewelry department for $11.99 each. So that $36 retail for the diamonds, maximum, assuming they are of very good quality. From the picture I get the impression they aren't, so maybe $15 total. This kind of metal is basically low-carat white gold, with the usual admixture of silver, platinum, and palladium. (Plus probably huge amounts of zinc and nickel.) When I tried to find a ring like this online, the first thing that came up is one that recently sold on eBay for about $35. Just off hand I'd say that's a fair price. Even $50 might be a fair price.
What is a 2.3k diamond ring worth ?
Depends on the quality, but I'd say that's pretty low. It must be a cheap diamond... or a cluster of 3 ct total weight, maybe? A singe stone at 3 carat, of average quality, should be a lot closer to 25k, or higher. a 2.3, you're looking at 15-20k, unless it's poor quality.
How much is a 14k silver ring worth?
I found a silver ring about a year ago while walking to my grandmother's house, and I haven't look at it until now. Engraved on the inside of the ring is "14k (TW) Camelot Just between you and me". I showed it to my mother and she said that it is possibly a man's wedding ring, which, it does appear to be. I was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate of how much it may be worth if I were to, say, pawn it, or something of the sort.
