Copyright infringement on facebook video?

I added a video I made to my facebook page, but a few days later it was removed by Facebook due to "copyright infringment" This was because I used a song from beginning to end by the kaiser chiefs, which obviously wasn't technically mine. is there a way to get around this? I had no intention of using the song for anything other than background music to my personal video that was not being sold or used for anything other than personal enjoyment. If I don't play the song in its entirety does that solve the problem? or can I just write that I'm no intending copyright infringment? or is there anyway to get around this so Its not illegal anymore?
