When Did Meixcans Start Breaking Into The Us Illegally

Why do so many mexicans enter the united states illegally ?

Why don’t get illegal immigrants get in line and come to the U.S. legally?

In order to get an immigrant visa to the U.S., the foreigner needs to be the "immediate relative" (child/parent/spouse) of a U.S. citizen, a multi-millionaire investor, or a top-notch professional with a doctorate degree and international recognition.
Only such people can immigrate to the U.S. Period!

In order to get a work visa (which is a non-immigrant visa), the foreigner needs to have at least some academic degree and needs to be petitioned by a U.S. company. This company has to prove that nobody among the 312,800,000+ people in the U.S. can do what Jose from Mexico can do. It involves labor certification and high costs for the company.
Jose, who picks strawberries, doesn't have a chance.

In order to get a visitor's visa, (which also is a non-immigrant visa), the foreigner needs to prove that he will return to his home country once the vacation is over. What they want to see is real estate, a government job, plenty of money in the bank, family ties.
Jose doesn't stand a chance to get one.

As you can see, there is no line for people who want to come to the U.S. An architect or attorney or doctor from Finland, England, Italy or France doesn't have a chance immigrating to the U.S., not even with several hundred thousand dollars of savings.

There is no line a Mexican could get into. That's something people do not understand. If there was such a line, it would be thousands of miles long , going all the way from Tijuana to San Paolo, Brazil.

What happens to American citizens caught in Mexico illegally? Are they imprisoned?

Usually, nothing - unless they’ve committed a crime, in which case their illegal pressence will be added as a charge. Although in theory police do can stop anyone on the streets on suspicion of being an illegal immigrant and ask for papers (which is cried foul when done by US police - I know, I know, the big hypocrisy of Mexico’s government is incredible) they rarely, if ever, stop a white-looking dude - or a black person whose accent marks them as coming off North America or Europe (Afro-Mexicans mostly live in states along the coasts and thus speak similarly to Caribean folk, they’re usually identifiable from other black folks as well). Most policemen or polititians don’t care at all about European or North American people staying indefinitely in the country: I’ve known some USonians and Canadians who’ve over-stayed their tourist visas for months; and also a German who overstayed for YEARS (yes, that’s right, years - he even lost his passport at one point) and survived giving off private English and German classes - as he didn’t have his papers in order, he couldn’t get a formal job. There’s a lot of classism involved as well. A guy with a Central or South American accent who’s dressed in poor clothes walking down the street will immediately be suspected to be an indocumented immigrant intent on crossing to the USA - so he’s fair game for any policeman to go and extort (they usually ask these people to either prove their Mexican nationality, demonstrate they entered legally, or produce money - else they’ll call immigration). But a guy with the exact same accent wearing nice clothes will be mostly ignored - I’ve known Peruvians, Brazilians and a couple of Central Americans who entered the country legally, overstayed their visas and lived illegally for years and still never had any trouble - they even were able to somehow get formal (or semi-formal) jobs.

What do Americans, and illegal aliens think of this?

it is time for every American to stand up and defend our country from the invaders that are crossing our borders.
and if any one thinks it is not invasion then what would you call 12 million people sneaking in like thieves in the night to disrupt our way of life?
make no mistake it is an invasion and since our government won't do anything it is up to us.

Why do mexicans like to break the law?

Libs are going to yell at you about how "they are oppressed in their country", but that still doesn't mean they should enter illegally. I'm all for immigration - LEGAL immigration!

What happens to illegal immigrants in the USA?

Hello Dear ~

Any illegal immigrant is lucky that the US doesn't have the same policies as other places.

Take Mexico, for instance? Any idea what happens to illegals in Mexico? Well, unless an illegal is contributing to Mexico's economy, and/or not shifting the demographic (read:if said illegal is a burden on their infrastructure), then they are not welcome. No driver's licenses. No health insurance. No amnesty. No guest worker programs. No anchor babies allowed to be born in Mexico, ergo they're not a citizen like they would be if born in the US. Illegal immigrants to Mexico not only get nothing ... in Mexico, if caught as an illegal, it's a felony offense with at least 2 years in prison. There’s been no public clamor for “comprehensive immigration reform” in Mexico, however, because pro-illegal alien speech by outsiders is prohibited ... which means that illegal immigrants are not allowed freedom of speech or any kind of protection.

Gee, when you look at it like that, I don't give a rats behind what happens when illegals come here, because we treat them FAR better than the reverse. Go to Mexico and get caught, and you'll be thrown in jail - end of story. If they get caught over here, they get to ask for the right to vote in elections, to get driver's licenses, food stamps and health care, help with housing ... and all of that is paid for by tax dollars ... AND NO ONE LAUGHS AT YOU, like they would in Mexico, if you asked for any kind of benefit. "You want WHAT!?!! HAhahahahahahahahahaaaa ... you fool. Take him away." That's how it would go south of the border.

I have no problem with immigrants who come here and do it legally. It's the ones who hop over a fence and then demand benefits and 'fair treatment' that make my blood boil. They have the temerity to fly the Mexican flag above the American flag, and to turn my flag upside down on one hand, while holding out the other hand demanding rights that are only granted to citizens. It's pretty backwards, but there are too many of them for most of the policing to be effective.

Look up foreign policies of immigration practices in other countries, and learn. When they come here, they actually have it pretty easy.

Love,
Auntie
