When Did You First Realize That Football Is Scripted

Is pro wrestling fake? Do they ever actually hurt each other (barring accidents)?

They are very real. The result and the spots of the match are scripted. The moves like punches and kicks are real.A professional wrestler performs signature moves such that they don't injure the other wrestler.Lets take an example of move known as Piledriver. It has been banned in WWE since 2000 and only two wrestlers in WWE are allowed to use the move(Undertaker and Kane). This photo clearly shows that the head doesnt touch the ground. If the move is not done correctly then it will result in a injury. In 1997 Owen hart botched a reverse piledriver on Stone Cold Steve Austin. This broke Austin's neck and that is the reason why he retired early. If we see blood in WWE now it has happened unintentionally since we are now in the PG era. Today's WWE product is marketed towards children not adults. Wrestlers like Ric Flair, Triple H are regular bladers. The preffered area for blading is the forehead since it bleeds profusely and heals easily.I would recommend you to watch the movie The Wrestler (2008).The Wrestler shows that while outcomes of matches may be fixed the physical tolls these men take on their body are often more extreme and long lasting than most other "respectable" sports.

Do people realize the WWE is SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT?

When I was 8 years old and reading a WWF Magazine, in it they had Sgt. Slaughter next to the Ultimate Warrior, literally standing next to each other. They two were having a fued at the time, and I said Dad how did they get the Warrior and Slaughter to stand next to each other with out fighting?

My dad then back handed me and said because it's fake, minus the back hand part, all of that happend. It took a little time to sink in, but I got the picture. I was more upset when I found that out, then when I found out that Santa wasn't real.

Is Dream 11 fake or not?

Well, this could easily be a one word answer. But let's beat around the bush a little bit. Following are my experiences of using the site:To play cash contests money is immediately debited from your account if you provide the details. To get back the winning money upwards of Rs 200,all the steps need to be completed. Registering your phone and mail id, then your pan card, lastly bank account number with Ifsc code and everything. It takes anywhere between 3-7 days to get the money credited.I have won highest aggregate of Rs 250 but i did not withdraw it. But my relative got to know about it from me and likewise got addicted. He hasn't won anything big yet. But he deposits money in Dream 11 whenever there is some bonus offer like get cash bonus of Rs 300 if you deposit Rs 333 before so and so deadline. After he gets cash bonus he withdraws the original deposited amount. And dream 11 allows it provided all details are satisfactorily provided. He got it in a couple of days time.Lastly after so much hearing of it being fake and having not won substantial amount after putting a lot of thought, one such loss really angered me when i saw the winning team. The combination was ridiculous to say the least. I just thought no way did someone came up with that team. Surely it is manipulation. Accordingly i shot off a mail accusing Dream 11 of manipulating. Following is their reply:Also i manage to get back my invested amount in the match about 90 % of the times. 30% of the times i have managed to make bit more than invested. Handful of times i have manged to double it but all of the winnings aren't substantial big amounts. So money keeps rolling basically from one game to another. So perhaps it's not fake. But still it doesn't quite convince, does it. So best case is to download all the teams just immediately when deadline finishes. Save it. Do it for a number of matches. Then see the winner's team and name, better still look at top 3 or 5.Go back to original saved teams after deadline. Find the winners teams amongst them. If you see it well its not fake. IF not you know the truth with evidence. This could be a prized information.

Is wrestling gay?

No way. Physical combat has been around since the beginning of time. It's human nature.

If some guys are so immature that they think one-on-one combat is gay then they're probably gay themselves for thinking about it that way in the first place.

How Often should husbands be with friends?

Weird question i know guys need friend time but how often in a married couple? Is Progressive Rock the "Baseball" of the Rock World?

Just a random thought that was bouncing through my head whilst out driving one morning....

Baseball is:
Supposedly the "Thinking Man's" Sport
Put's on the pretense of physicality, but requires little real athleticism (unlike soccer or hoops)
Usually mind numbingly boring, broken by brief moments like Homeruns, triple plays and the like.
The season is WAAAAAAAAY too long
Has become a bloated mockery of itself (way too stuck in tradition and look at CC Sabathia)
Darth is in love with it.
Only a small handful actually care about it anymore, and they tend to be fanatical about it. (Everyone else watches football, cuz it's way more physical AND more mental.)

Whereas Prog Metal and Rock:
Is supposedly "Thinking Man's" Rock and Metal
Put's on a pretense of aggressiveness and inventiveness
Is usually mindnumbing boring, broken by the occasional crazy solo
Songs tend to be WAAAAAAAY too long
Has become a bloated mockery of itself, and is seldom still "Progressing" anywhere
Darth loves it
Only appeals to a handful of lunatic fringe fanatics... everyone else wants something that actually has some emotion.

=P

MQ: Thoughts?
MQ2: Can you make make some Music to Sports SIMILE's?

Does one wrestler's personal mistake that's made public help decide what people think of Pro Wrestling overall?

It's a straight forward question that should be easy to understand. When I state "people", I mean everyone as a whole, not just fans.

Follow up question:
Will Pro Wrestling get any type of respect or credit for all the positives they've done for people?

I'm mainly speaking about how the WWE goes out to perform for the troops every December. Also how they're involved in Make A Wish Foundation and charities. I mean will they ever get respect or credit or are people still blinded with the whole "wrestling is fake" crap?

Answers with details will always be appreciated and helpful.

I'm 15 years old and I am a fan of WWE. Is this weird?

Yes, that's perfectly normal. My nephews are 15 and 16 and all three of them love wrestling so you fit in with the major demographic for wrestling fans. If you like it, who cares what anybody else thinks!
