Movie night at a friends house, what to wear?
Going to a movie night at this girls house. Apparently the film is long, so I want to be comfy and still look OK. Don't know the girl that well, she is new to my school. I am always completely casual or dressed up smart. Can't come up with good ideas for something in between at the moment. Ideas for hair as well as clothes would be nice, dark hair, straight and below the shoulder. Haven't been to the house before and parents will be there so nothing outrageous please. Lol. No boys so don't need to impress. I am hoping to take my shoes off when we get in. I find it hard to be comfy with shoes on. Would it be rude to ask the girl if that is OK? I am lucky enough to have a range of clothes so hopefully I can use your suggestions OK. Thanks for helping people :))
How do you get your parents out of the house for a night...?!?
I really want a Movie Night with a few friends (mixed gender), however I'd much prefer it if the parents weren't in, how would I go about getting the parents out for whole evening/night???? I might try asking my mum about it but I don't know what I could suggest for them to do for the whole night.... :/
In the movie "Night of the twister" why do they open the windows when the tornado comes?
The people in Night of the Twisters open their windows based on the misconception that the low pressure in a tornado causes houses to explode and that opening the windows relieves that pressure difference. If a guy whom you date, invites you to his house to watch a movie together, will the aim be only to watch a movie?
There are a lot of variables in this question, as others have said, but I am going to take the generalized approach. The question starts "If a guy you date...", which to me sounds like this is not a first date. You have dated this guy at least once, maybe more. So assuming this is the second date or more, and you have been dating for a month or less, he is most likely hoping to get laid. Other variables include, have you already had sex with him? Fooled around? Watched a movie before? Sad to say, for most guys, the longer they have sex with you, and the longer you date, the less they will want it. Again, I am severely generalizing here, not all guys are the same, nor do they all have the same amount of time that it takes to not care about sex with you as much. For some guys, the goal is to get laid once and move on. For others, maybe a month or a year or longer. But most couples, guys and girls alike, lose some interest in sex over time. One quick personal story. I met a girl online, we started chatting often. She mentioned how this guy she used to work with invited her over for the weekend to watch movies. He lived about a 40 minute drive, and since she needed her dad to drop her off, she was going to stay the night. He lived with his mom as well (they were both about 19). I said to her, he wants sex from you. She swore up and down I was wrong, they were just friends, and she didn't want to have sex anyways. Eventually I made her think that it might be true, and she mentioned she might not spend the night, she might try and go home after the movie. He promptly cancelled the movie night. The next week he asked her again, and she said yes and decided to go to his place. I think they made it about 20 minutes into the movie before he put the moves on. She ended up having sex with him that weekend, though she regretted it later as she wanted to possibly date him or have a relationship, but instead they just had sex that one weekend. Without placing blame on either party, it just goes to show that many guys are looking for sex first and foremost, so do not be surprised.

My dad caught my boyfriend sneaking in my house, help?
**FIRST OFF I DON'T WANT ANY REPLIES saying, "You shouldn't have been sneaking around." I know it was wrong, and trust me, I've already got the lecture on why I shouldn't be doing it. Last night my boyfriend snuck into my house, and we were making out and watching a movie in my basement and stuff. Then we heard footsteps coming from upstairs so my boyfriend ran and hid in a closet, and I laid down and pretended to have fallen asleep watching the movie by myself. My dad came down the stairs and asked, "Why is your boyfriend's truck outside?" I didn't know what to say, so I kept repeating, "I don't know what you're talking about." He took me outside and showed me the truck, then he took the keys from inside the truck and said my boyfriend could come get them when he felt "man enough" or whatever. When we went back inside, my boyfriend walked out and apologized. My dad told him to leave, which he did, but I don't know what to do. I feel bad that I lied to my dad, and sneaking around is definitely not going to happen again. But what if my dad doesn't let me see my boyfriend anymore? And if he does, it is going to be really awkward when my boyfriend comes over. Is there anything I can do to smooth this over and make things less weird?

My crush is coming over to my apartment later. It will be just me and him. I don't know if he is coming over as a friend or whether he likes me too, we met through friends and got talking. Has anybody got any tips? What to say, do, etc to see if he likes me and to keep him entertained? Any help appreciated.
