I accidently clicked on one of those "win an iPhone" fake ads?

I was browsing on Safari with my macbook and I accidentally clicked on one of those internet pop-ups that say "win a free iPhone" or something like that. I closed it immediately and now safari is frozen. It won't allow me to force quit and I can't shut down my computer because Safari won't shut down.
What should I do?

Can't do system restore on laptop, says Corruption on C Drive??

I downloaded some software from the internet and now my laptop is acting a little funny, internet running slow, mozilla not loading, etc. So I figured I'd just run a System Restore, but every time I do a message pops up stating: Windows has detected file system corruption on TI106139WOE (C:). You must check the disk for errors before it can be restored.

But then when I try to check for errors, it says it can't because the disk is already in use. What can I do to get this fixed?? Thanks!

How do I get rid of the picture that appears on the screen of my Dell, Windows 10, and slows down access to my desktop?

Your question is a little unclear, but it sounds like you’re wanting to bypass the “Lock Screen” and boot your PC straight to the “Login Screen”. If so, you’ll need to make a change to the Windows Registry.I wrote a blog post explaining how to do this just the other day, and I’ll paste the the steps listed in that post right here:1 – Press the Windows+R key combination to open a “Run” box.2 – Type regedit into the Run box, then press the Enter key to open the Registry Editor utility. Note: Click Yes when the “User Account Control” box pops up.)3 – Create a backup of the Registry by clicking File>Export, then giving the backup file a name and saving it to the Desktop. Note: Be sure to select All for the “Export range”.4 – Navigate to this Registry key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows5 – Now, check to see if there is a Registry key called Personalization under the Windowskey. If not, create one by right-clicking in the right-hand pane, clicking New>Key, and then renaming the new key to the name Personalization.6 – Click on the Personalization key to select it.7 – Right-click in the right-hand pane and select New>DWORD (32-bit) Value. Note: Select DWORD (32-bit) Value even if your PC is running the 64bit version of Windows 10.8 – Name the new value NoLockScreen.9 – Double-click on NoLockScreen, enter the number 1 in the Value data field, then click OK.10 – Exit the Registry Editor by clicking File>Exit.11 – Reboot your PC to cause the Registry change take effect. The procedure listed above will instruct Windows 10 to skip the Lock Screen and boot straight to the Login Screen. If I misunderstood your question and what you really meant was you want to use a solid color for your Desktop background instead of an image, you can do that as well. Just follow these steps:1 - Right-click on an empty area of the Desktop and then click Personalize.2 - Click Background over in the left-hand pane.3 - Find the “Background” setting in the right-hand pane and click the down arrow that’s located inside the box.4 - Select Solid color from the list of choices displayed, then select the color you want for the Desktop background from the palette below. That’s all there is to it. You’re done!I hope this helps. Good luck!
