How do I install Sims Unleashed!!?

you had to have the Sims original before putting in the sims unleashed
the original sims is the starter pack since the sims unleashed is an expansion pack

to go along with your Sims:unleashed (which is just an expansion that allows you pets)
i suggest not to buy it and buy the sims 2 with better graphics

Can you install a pc game on as many pcs as you like or only on one ? ?

I am pretty new to gaming and to start myself off i have just bought the flight simulator game " falcon 4 , allied force " to take advantage of my new quad core pc.
What i would like to know is , , can i also install pc games on another pc at the same time, as i also have a very high end laptop that i would like to install it on as well.
Also, , once i installed the game on my desktop pc, i took out the disc and just start the game from the desktop icon, , , , i thought that with pc games, the disc always has to be in the drive to get it started , , it certainly used to be the case with the old microsoft flight sim 2000.
The game didnt need registering, , and there was no activation code or key needed either.

Could anyone shed a little light on this for me, , thankyou, , , kev

Can you install PS4 games offline just by using discs?

So the most simple answer is yes.PlayStation 4 is more closely related to the PlayStation 3 with a PC style setup running in the background. One thing to remember when addressing this topic is that not everyone has internet. As cheap and reliable as internet has become these days a chunk/huge portion of America is still not using internet. Shockingly, Microsoft STILL don’t realize this enough to quit pushing digital gaming for consoles.Sony, & Nintendo still do a lot of things physical, it’s the nature of Japan’s antics. So with that being said a lot of games are packaged and ready to have an install file as soon as the disc is put in.Some games will straight up install a small package for confirmation of owning the disc and small data package file that allows the game to be opened.Other games require an online key, this means you require some form of network access so Sonys’ servers can approve you own it and apply a proper update.Technically if it’s a game you know that doesn’t require much online then you’re set to go, if it’s got some form or access to the internet it may need an update.

How do I use an ISO Game File to install a game?

The answer depends upon the operating system that you're using.I'll cover the two methods anyway. For Windows 7 (and any previous version) users:Download and install Daemon Tools Lite. (here - https://www.daemon-tools.cc/prod... )Create a virtual drive by following visual instructions and then restart your computer to let the changes take effect. You will now find an extra drive when you open My Computer (or Windows Explorer) from now on, which will contain the contents of the ISO file that you want to access (a prompt will ask you to insert a disk into the drive if you double-click on the drive when there is no image mounted). Now, you can either go to the directory that contains the Max Payne ISO, Right-Click on it and then open it with Daemon Tools; or, you can run Daemon Tools and look for the Mount Image option (by hovering your mouse over the options present in the Daemon Tools window, if it becomes difficult to figure out which button does what)Now that you have successfully mounted the image, you will notice an Autoplay notification that asks whether you want to run the setup or not. If not, then you can open My Computer (or Windows Explorer) and double-click on the virtual drive to access the contents of the ISO. The name of this virtual drive will probably be shown as Max Payne (X:), where (X:) is your virtual drive. Find the setup (.exe) file for the game inside this drive. Now you can install the game with the help of the setup file, just like you would, had you been installing a game from a CD/DVD.After installation is completion, note that, it would help your system free up resources if you unmount the image, when you're done installing the game (provided the game does not require you to insert the disk while playing, which was the usually the case for games that were made a decade ago). It would also allow you to install new games by using the same virtual drive that has been created, with Daemon Tools Lite. For Windows 8/8.1/10 users:Double-Click on the ISO and voila! The contents of an ISO file will be mounted automatically onto a virtual drive and you get access without using any third-party software, like Daemon Tools. After you're done with the ISO, right-click on the virtual drive and click Eject. That will unmount the image from the system. In case Windows 8 users cannot mount ISOs directly, the solution is provided in the following link : How to mount an ISO image with Windows 8?Hope this works for you, good luck. Does The Sims gets harder to run as I install more and more expansions?

I’m not sure that it’s the GB size of the actual packs that matter, but yes the more content you have in your game the slower it will be, at least when loading. I’ve noticed this with each one over the years. Especially if you also use CC (Custom Content). It will take longer to load certain parts of the game, namely CAS and Build Mode. Because stuff packs and expansions add, well, more stuff for the game to load in.Edit: Just a little note I thought I’d add, I know that it definitely does affect it because it happens to me too, I could run the base game alone on High, but the more expansions and stuff packs I add the slower it starts to run and I have to turn the graphics down, and that’s without CC. I took out all of my custom content a while ago to find one faulty file, my game ran a lot better without all the extra stuff to load. Also it may be worth adding that with The Sims 3, they added an option to disable and enable whatever packs you wanted each time you open the launcher, specifically for performance reasons. So it’s definitely nothing wrong with your computer, the sheer amount of stuff you put in it can certainly start to slow it down.

Can anyone help with the Sims2 game?

Hi!
I'm having problems with installing the sims 2 game. I have a regular edition so I have 4 installation CDs. After I insert the 4th CD, a message appears saying: A problem occured when trying to transfer the file 'TSDATA/Res/Sound/Techno.package.'
Does anyone know what this mean or what I can do? I don't know if it has anything to do with the sound but I just got a new sound card today.
I checked if the CDs were scratched or dirty but everything was fine. I also did a disk cleanup and a defrag but that didn't help.
I would greatly appreciate any help.
Thanks!

Help putting game onto a laptop with no disc slot ?

Games on CDs and DVDs often have copy protection that won't let you install them unless you have the original disc, and often, even after install, you have to keep the disc in the drive to play.

The most trouble-free way would be to buy an external DVD drive, like this Samsung external USB DVD writer for about $50:

I have one of these for my netbook. This will solve the lack of a drive in your laptop.
