When I Delete An E-mails On My Iphone It Doesn

When I delete an email from my iPad, why doesn't it get deleted from my iPhone as well?

There are 2 types of email accounts POP and IMAP. POP will not update all your devices when you read or delete a message.IMAP *will* update all your devices when you read or delete a message. My guess is your email account is setup as POP on your iPad/iPhone. If you setup the email account as IMAP on both your iPad and iPhone, then it will delete from both.

You're probably using POP3 email configuration, which means emails are not synchronized across devices.Instead you should use the more modern IMAP email configuration, which does synchronize emails across devices.Your email provider should be able to give you instructions to make the change.

Iphone won't download emails?

I've got the same problem. If I access my emails on my laptop there is no problem, I can load and view everything. Strange thing is having deleted etc on my laptop, my aYahoo email account updates everything on my Iphone 3GS, ie, the Trash folder updates with deleted emails, however new emails will not load into my Inbox. It just displays downloading 1 of 4 and then nothing appears. I'm a techno dweeb so any help would be greatly appreciated......

I have emails with no sender, no content, can't be deleted on my iphone, but not there on comp.?

I've just started getting these messages and have now stopped them by making a new "rule" in Apple's mail preferences. Just fill in the boxes, that ask for details of sender, subject, recipient and fill in No sender, No subject etc etc and tell mail to direct any such messages to your Spam folder or trash.
It's worked for me and got rid of these really annoying messages.
