Hello All,Usually, this means that the phone is either brand new and is updating and downloading apps that come with the phone.However, if it isn't new, this usually means the phone just updated, and now it is trying to update all the apps to match the system software update that just occurred.(On Apple's platform, the apps say “waiting” underneath, and have a dark look to them)In Android, as each download, the progress will show in your pull down notification menu. As each finish, they will show up in your apps.What causes it to stay that way ?No WiFi / Bad WiFi, apps already downloading and the others are in the queue. Bad mobile data connection.Sometimes after an iOS restore from iCloud or System Software Update, if you leave the good connection you were on, and are only on cellular data, it will not download certain apps if they are over 150MB.
