My computer beeps when I try to start it. The screen stays black. Is there any way to fix this without getting inside the motherboard?
Open your case and first get the dust out, with a brush or a compressed air can.Then re-connect all your visible wires, if you don’t want to go deep then only some that go to the front( to the power button), CPU, GPU and hard drive.Make sure your fan doesn’t have any dust.If this doesn’t do it, then interchange, or re-attach your ram, or change them if you can(if you have extra).If that doesn’t work, then call a computer guy.PS. My computer keeps restarting/ black screen?
When i use my computer it goes to a black screen at random times. These times are unexpected. I restored my computer back to origanel settings a couple of weeks back. When it goes black i have to reset my computer by holding the power button. Help please?(Screen power remains on) And then sometimes now my computer keeps restarting instead of a black screen. once it restarts it does it repeatedly until i manually reboot it.

Unplug then plug back in the VGA cable going from the desktop to the monitor. There may just be a connection problem. Reboot your computer (press power button DONT HOLD) and when it goes out turn it back on. If that doesn't help then either the cable is bad, the monitor is bad, or the graphics card is bad. Try a different monitor and cable before replacing the video card.

Let it be like that for 5 minutes, the computer will start up and if it does then the problem is Windows 10 automatic driver update.It happened to me due to which I had to Factory reset my PC. My laptop's screen turns black after windows startup?
When i press the power button, my laptop (Turbo X, Greek company), starts to boot up normally, showing that Windows are starting up, like it always does. However, for an unknown reason, after Windows start, the screen turns black... while the fan's spinning and system works! Like, I can hear it working and making the sounds it does when it works! I dont know why my screen turns black after Windows start. Whats even crazier is that when i access Safe Mode, my screen normally works! Why does it turn black when that happens? I've tried disk checking and system recovering but it didn't work. I should also say that that happened when i downloaded music from YouTube and went to eat a snack and when i came back (10 minutes later) my screen went black(this has happened many times to me so i pressed the power to restart the computer and after startup, screen turned black again. Ive tried removing the battery, unplugging the power, holding the power button for 1 min and still nothing has changed). Any help with that plz? Has that happened to you b4? How did you fix it? Help!
