How do I restore my accidentally deleted contacts from an Android phone?
Basically, when you use a android phone, you must be signed in to the phone using one of your google account. Google helps you backup and restore your contacts very easily just in few steps. Before, you might want to try restoring, I would suggest you to login to your gmail account on a PC and go to the "Contacts" Menu as shown in the figure below.You should find all your contacts in this window.Now go to your phone, follow the steps:1. Go to settings.2. Go to Accounts.3. Select Google.4. You should be able to see all your google accounts here. 5. Make sure you have the same account that holds your contacts is configured here. (Otherwise add it using "Add Account" option)6. Now you can synch all or any of your desired applications as below.7. Make sure you have the Contacts Sync button on as seen in the above pic.8. Now, press the 3 dots in the top of the above screen, and select Sync Now.9. You should be able to see all your missed contacts, are getting synched from your gmail account. Now, what if you do not have your contacts in your gmail account?If you have them in form of soft copy (any file) you can import it in to your gmail contacts as CSV file. and then sync them up easily to your mail.So, I recommend all of you to enable auto sync in your android device with your google account and make sure the contacts are synched by checking in the gmail contacts. If I were to message someone who's not my friend on Facebook using the Messenger app, would they get the notifications on their phone even if they don't have messenger?
With the new update that enables "message requests", yes they will be notified that someone has messaged them.I've always been notified whenever someone who's not in my friends' list has messaged me. The only difference from other people's messages is that those from who's not your friend on Facebook won't go to your inbox, but to a specific tab named "message requests". They will be moved into your inbox as soon as you accept this request, even if you don't add the person.

How can i contact yahoo about fraud?
i recieved an email today and im sure it is some sort of scam. i normally wouldnt be concerned because i delete my bulk junk mail, but this came to my inbox. it sounds very shady to me and it must be some sort of scam. but i wouldnt doubt if it was sent out to many email addresses and i would like to alert yahoo about it. it was asking for very personal information such as address and phone # and all the names of the people living at that residence. someone might fall for the scam and give that information, i just want to alert yahoo and send them the email i recieved so they can track it down and block that person or investigate for fraudelent activities.

All my contacts/e-mails are lost?
Here is a partial list of this week's problems: can't access email account; can't open emails; can't send emails; forward-reply-delete buttons missing or won't work; must enter password over and over; get a "Suspicious Activity" message; get a "Yahoo won't work with your browser" message; can't get Contact List to work; can't open or send attachments; can't play Pool; can't play Spades; can't update portfolio in Finance; can't get Notepad or Calendar to work; can't get Messenger to work; get weird error messages that don't explain anything (554,404,18,999). None of the normal "Help" tips work. Don't waste time clearing the cache, removing cookies, updating Java. Don't uninstall or install programs. Only 2% of users have a problem. The rest are unaffected and don't understand what the fuss is all about. Yahoo employees have told us 3 things. They are working on Email. They are working on Y!A. They have made the Security Question their key to stopping hackers and spammers. The hacker deleted all my contacts, all my sent and draft emails and the majority of my inbox emails. I've been using my yahoo account since 2002 so a lot of the data he deleted was very important to me, and I need to recover them. Please show me how. Many thanks.
Unread messages in Yahoo inbox?

When it happened to me, my mail alerts also quit working so I had to continually look to see if I had new mail.
