When I Wake Up Do I Brush My Hair Or Put In Hair Lotion

Is it bad to put lotion in my hair...?

So I take a shower and after I'm out I brush my hair. After I brush it i put victoria secret lotion in my hair. I have really long hair so i put it on the bottom the top, almost everywhere. The reason I put lotion in my hair is because I straighten it almost everyday or other day. I hate how it smells, burned. Since I put lotion in my hair the night before I straighten it. the next day after I'm done it smells good and its soft and not frizzy.
So if you could tell me your opinion towards me putting lotion in it and then straightening it, thatd be great :))
btw, yes ikno straightening it damages hair, i really dont care, it looks pretty. however it does get tangled easily. so if you could also help me with how it could get less tangled thatd be great too. (it gets tangled because i have really long hair)
please and thank you :D

What is Pink Lotion For 360 Waves?

Im trying to get 360 waves and I haves Sportin Waves Pomade and Everything I read says to have pomade and a hair moisturizer like Pink Lotion. What is that?? Ive seen it on like 5 different articles. Also What kind of Brush do you need and at what time do you put the pomade in and when do you put the moisturizer in? At the same time?? ok thanks

When I do certain activities, such as applying lotion to my hands or brushing my hair, I get very prominent red blotches on my arm. None of the activities are related. What is this?

As a person who has had some serious allergic problems displaying as randomly as you describe, I think you are experiencing allergic intolerance to something you are applying to your skin. But realize that allergy doesn't always manifest itself with symptoms like rashes etc. immediately. So, you may get a reaction from a product you used hours before when you perform an unrelated activity.

Vaseline total moisture lotion good for dry hair?

I straighten my hair A LOT and i've started to noticed that my hair is becoming dry and extra frizzy. I absolutely hate it! I have natural body waves and they aren't that bad except that now that my hair is becoming drier and frizzier the waves take odd shapes and look weird. I've started doing some research and i've stopped brushing my hair while wet, i let it air dry, i don't brush out my waves/curls, i've stopped straightening my hair as much and i have started to notice that it's doing some help to my hair but i still don't like how my natural hair looks when it dries. It is just way too frizzy! I've been looking for some hair products that aren't gels, sprays, cremes, or anything of that sort because i want something that won't make my hair stiff once it dries but instead just tames it. So i thought, why not a lotion??? So i was just wondering, are there any good lotions out there (body or hair lotions) that are OK to put in my hair, that won't stiffen? I was thinking Vaseline total moisture but i'm not sure, this is my first time trying it and hopefully it works. But if you have ever put body lotion in your hair, has it worked? Or has it damaged your hair even more? Any suggestions??

How to deal with Static Electricity when straightening your hair.. =/?

I take showers at night and then get up in the morning and straighten my hair. Lately it has been super hard. With all the static electricity my hair is just flying all over the place. Then I finally get it straightened and it immediately tangles. Does anyone else have this problem? If so how do you deal with it?
