When I Will Think To Go Unknown Place Then Feel A Lot Of Fear. So What Is Solution Of This Fear

If you do not fear death please answer this question?

Why do you not fear it? I mean it is unknown what happens after. Aren't you afraid of possibly not existing anymore? Please explain in as much detail possible as to why you do not fear it. I fear it and it is ruining my life.

The More You Know...The Less You Fear?

Disagree 60ish%, agree 40ish%

I disagree because

1. The more you know, the more you are aware of possible dangers
2. The more you know, the more options you have in life educationally, which might overwhelm some people into fear of choosing the wrong of many options.
3. The more you know, the more responsibility and expectation weighs on your shoulders, which can scare people that they would not live up to and fulfill what society desires of them.
4. The more you know, the more choices you have to make, the more chances you have of falling.

I agree because

1. The more you know, the more knowledge you have in crisis situations, such as knowing how to react to a tornado, knowing how to brave through the storms of life, knowing what not to do and what to do during thunderstorms...etc.
2. The more you know, the more solutions and answers you have to things that might strike fear inot people who don't know the answers or solutions
3. The more you know educationally, the more options you have, which might set a feeling of security in some people, because they have a lot of options, and aren't confined to only a couple.
4. The more you know, the more things you have to do throughout life, as having nothing in the future can scare people.

It's pretty balanced out....the more you know, the more options of answers and questions, fear and courage you will have. It also depends on whether or not your intelligence is widsom or knowledge. Is it more about school knowledge and etc, or emotional experience knowledge?

I think for me personally, the less I know, the less I fear, for the most part anyway. I tend to process fear in a monotone, "deadish" way, aside from some paranoid moments. Because of that, most fear doesn't penetrate me depe. IF i knew more, I would only have more time to think about all the fearful options that have just opened up, and end up overwhelming myself with utter fear because of exageration casused by overthinking my knowledge.

What should I do when I feel constant fear for an unknown reason? How can I calm down?

Hi, my first question would be is where are you feeling this fear? Ok now that you are aware of where it is say in your stomach or in your chest. Take that feeling and just breath deeply into it, 1,2,3 up to 7 times now hold your breath until you cant hold it any longer and as you let out, all your breath, let go of that feeling with it. Great, now I want you to think of something you are so grateful for, say that you had breakfast this morning or that you could get out of bed, or that you have a roof over your head or that you live in the country you do and not a country which has a civil war going on. Or that you had someone in your life that really loved you, like a friend, family member or teacher or mentor. Focus on the feeling as you think of all these different gifts which you have in your life, thats it.Now if you are not wanting to see a black dog, what will you see? No seriously, dont see a black dog. Most people would still see the black dog they don't want to see. Now if I say focus on a white dog or a place where you feel safe either in your history or as you would imagine such a place to be then what will you experience. Focus on love and harmony and know such places exist, if we only keep focusing on giving them as gifts to others so we have the joy of experiencing it being reflected back to us.I find I am fearful when I am not focused on love.I hope the above helps, if not or if you have any further questions you can contact me at ari@successfacilitator.org

Why am I afraid of the deep ocean but not the beach?

Does it has something to do with a horrible experience of yours or with someone's?
Whether an awareness of the threat that goes behind that possible disaster or accidents that makes you anxious of the deep ocean?
Or having this somewhat strangely inexplicable past life regressions,
Then may be a possible psychological phobia of deep waters..
I guess if you really want to dig on the real reason to be able to deal with it. It will be better to consult that certain disturbances to a good psychologist. So you may see clear whatever comes up with the evaluation. Whether it is serious or not. Rather knowing on just how to get along with it.

How do I get over the fear of losing people?

From my personal experience, this fear can because of one of the two reasons I have mentioned below:You are afraid of losing someone because you genuinely love them and they are a part of you.Solution: Well, there’s no solution really. When you love somebody, your better half or your family member, it is quite normal to be concerned about them and that’s something which is good for it shows how emotionally attached you are with your closed ones. The world is no good if you have no one to love and care and share your life with because they are the ones who (and for whom we) live for. Although, you can reduce the irrational fear such as seeing them meeting with an accident or getting a cancerous disease etc. You are only attracting these things where actually nothing such is actually planned. Convince yourself that everything is fine and you are blessed with good times.2. You are dependent on them. You are afraid you will never find someone like them again and they are everything you have.Solution: Get out of this crap. Have some self esteem. We are all capable of living independently ( if we wish to). I read somewhere , “Look for your complementary but be self sufficient.” Be that guy/girl. You are your universe. Anything has a power to make or break yourself only because you decided to give it the power to do so.Cheers :)

How can I overcome my fear of crowds and public places?

You will have to learn a few tips, and it will go. It is simple. And well-practiced method. -- In other way, just know that you will have to learn to have a little control over your 'Breathing-pattern', which goes abruptly while you get fear.. which fluctuates, when your heart starts pumping faster.. It is simple trick. I don't know if you will understand it or if you would love giving it a try. But, lot many people have done it (I myself have seen bigger changes / transformation in people's lives, after it).It is Bharstika Pranayam. Removes all kind of fear from facing crowd.ANDSudarshan Kriya; It brings back to you, all your lost energy, everytime. Each time afresh, anew bundle of energy into you! It channelises the energy, whuch is already there in you. And keeps you boosted-up ..to avoid any kind of fear or low on esteem.Do It. You will NOT be the same, which you are now! AND I promise, You Will Definitely Regret After Doing It - :) And that regret will be, "Why didn't I do it before?"

Fear of tiny little holes?

I have trypophobia, which is the fear of holes. It sounds stupid but things like honey combs, wasps nests, lotus seed pods, enlarged pores totally creep me out. My heart starts to pound, i get a headache, i feel anxious and itchy and nauseous. I was wondering how i can fix it? And also what causes it? Its something really random to have a fear of and i don't neccesarily fear it so much as it disgusts me.
