Will T-Mobile replace my iPhone?

I just got a replacement iPhone 6 and I m paying the monthly insurance thing(5 bucks I think) and I read that the replacement iPhone has 6 month warranty. I accidentally dropped my iPhone a few days after it arrived and the screen cracked. Will T-Mobile be able to replace the phone without the $175 deductible? What are my options?

Yes you can do this, BUT, you will be in a contract with T-Mobile (yes making installment payments on a phone is a contract). But if you intend to stay with TMO and make installment payments on the phone (also while being locked into a phone plan), which means two contracts, yes that 24 months mandatory plan, is a contract too. The phone companies are just not calling them contracts, but more like conditions to allow you to get that spendy phone and pay it off in little chunks instead of one lump sum. Anyway you slice it, the plan you have to have and the installment payments are in fact binding contracts that only someone 18 years old or older can engage in.

And if you default on that contract, the phone will be blacklisted and even if you decide to "switch" carriers, once you miss a couple of payments, TMO will just blacklist the phone's IMEI and poof you have a 0 down phone that becomes a brick. And you get a ding to your credit history as well as a dead beat.

If you truly want the phone to be yours, just pay full price up front and TMO will be happy to unlock the phone for free. I buy all my phone this way, since there are no longer subsidizes phones in the US (for the most part) and I don't want to buy a $600+ phone today, that is going to be much less money in 6 months, for so will be much less for those buying it then, not including holiday and prom sales that will come up between now and then.

I CRACKED MY IPHONE 6S SCREEN? Will T-Mobile replace it?

I have insurance with T-Mobile and I m sure I can get a replacement but I was wondering if I could replace it right away or if I have to wait a couple of days??!? I cracked my phone just a couple of hours ago and IM GOING OUT COUNTRY TOMORROW NIGHT!!!

I am wondering if they would and how much would i have to pay i am currently with verizon but i have opened up two other lines and got pretty expensive

Got pretty expensive just heard that tmobile plans are much cheaper and that they buy me out of the plans
If they would buy me out how much will i be looking to spend?

When Will The iPhone 5s Price Drop?

So far, I only heard that the new iPhone is scheduled to be released in October.
(Of course,many people who observed the releasing times of Apple products see a pattern where Apple usually releases it in October (for their iPhones) and November (for their iPads). And usually their future iProducts are officially announced in September. )

Sadly, I would not expect the iPhone 5S to drop down after the immediate release of the iPhone 6. Apple will probably drop their cheapest phone (5C) first in price and then the more expensive model (5S) a few months later.
(Same thing happened when iPhone 5 was the new phone, 4 dropped immediately, 4S went down a few months after.)

Of course, this is a prediction. But I believe this would happen because its a common strategy for Apple to follow. (Look what happened with the iPad 2, finally went down after 3 years in the market while the iPad 4 went down after less than a year and then suddenly brought back.)

As for me, I given up on Apple. They pretty much release the same thing with minor improvements or like one major improvement a slap a high price sticker with that. (Retina Display Mini, anyone? e3e') Of course, their app store and games is the only thing I keep my iPad for. Otherwise, switched from iPhone to Galaxy S5 and never going back to them for their phones.

How do T mobile phone upgrades work?

I recently was told something about how if a new phone comes out, for example the next iPhone, I could bring in my iPhone 6+ and trade it in for the next iPhone if it was in good condition. The payments i've already made monthly would just start over for the new phone. I was wondering if that was true or not. I also heard something about a t mobile jump plan and was wondering if I could get some more information on that if anyone knew. Thank you.
