When Someone Falls Why Does The Bride Never Help Them Get Up

If the bouquet hits the floor when the bride throws it, and one of the girls picks it up, does that count?

Nope, if you pick it up the magical fairies that control who gets married next will not count it....

If you pick it up your have to walk backwards underneath a ladder with your eyes clothes while holding a black cat.

Has anyone actually ever ordered a mail order bride from Russia?

I just gotta know . . How much did it cost. Was it worth it. Would you do it again. If it didn't work out would you be willing to buy my wife off me? Give me the details . . .

I was just wondering if anyone ever feels like an Anti-Bride?

I am 100% anti-bride, and wouldn't have it any other way! I'm having a destination wedding on a beach in Key West to avoid all things "traditional." I'm doing things my own way; practical, logical, personal, and economical. I'm not inviting people I don't like or haven't seen/spoken to in years (which includes my whole family on both sides except for my immediate family), I'm not having a bridal party at all (never mind letting them pick their own dresses!), I'm not having any parties (engagement, bridal shower, bachelorette, etc.), I'm not doing themes, centerpieces, favors, color matching everything, banquet halls/reception rooms, dancefloors, djs, decorating or anything else I missed that Pro-brides stress about! I already skipped the whole bridal shop thing where everyone looks at you and either picks you apart or cries. I ordered my very simple but elegant dress online. All I want is the people I am closest to (parents/siblings/good long term friends), my fiance's family and who he is close to on a beach with an amazing sunset. I don't want to see a huge display of flowers everywhere or an ugly @ss decorated arch. I want to have a nice dinner at a nice restaurant with kick @ss food. I don't see anyone we know getting up and dancing, my fiance and I aren't big dancers so I don't see the point in wasting a ton of money on the room, dancefloor and dj just so we can have a "traditional" first dance. Just the dinner is fine with me. Afterwords, the partiers in the group can join us for a night of bar hopping on Duval Street. To me, that sounds like a great time! No hassle, stress free, beautiful, meaningful and low cost!!! How can you compare that to a crazy expensive "event" with fluff everywhere and a bride that thinks she's a princess? All the expectations, ettiquete, and prices would drive me insane! It's not me at all, so I'm running away from it all and doing it my way!

Beware Russian Brides?

They are only coming over her for a green card. They do not love you. You are only a stepping stone for them. They will leave you once their conditions are removed. I was scammed and just want to keep others from falling into this trap. They will claim abuse, use your kids to hurt you. I am not aware of any Russian girls staying married to an American guy after they get their green card. I am trying to get my fake marriage annulled. First year was good, she took all kinds of pictures to show the marriage was real, then no more pictures or videos, wouldn't even go out with me anymore. Stayed out with her friends scamming guys until 3:00AM. They are well educated on the laws of the US beware. They are a scam.
