When Will I Be Notified Or Paid For Fantasy Baseball 2014

When do I receive bobblehead for 2008 Fantasy Baseball Plus?

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEMO! but i just got it a couple of weeks ago. keep waiting. it will come.

When does those fantasy pro leagues pay out into my paypal?

Yahoo sucks

Pro Leagues Fantasy Baseball in 2015??? Does anyone know if they will have pro leagues this year. There's no link anywhere on Yahoo!?

As a CPA I think the following 2 things are happening............
1)If someone earns income whether it's any type of self-employment, the vendor that pays them MUST issue a 1096 to the IRS and a 1099-MISC to any client receiving MORE THAN $600 to be reported on that person's 1040 individual tax return. They would be classified as "Gambling Winnings" regardless of what the client's state classifies Fantasy.

Gambling is NOT ILLEGAL, but not reporting the winnings IS. But if the client does not receive a 1099-MISC then they technically do not have to report it but are required to, but the odds of the client being audited because of it are slim.

2) Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Washington, Arkansas, Florida and Tennessee do NOT piggy-back fantasy sports under their "Lottery Laws" like the other 42 states do in some shape or form. So allowing a participant from one of these states is technically illegal for both parties.

So I would assume they are weighing the risk and invest in putting in 1000X more due diligence hours on who can get paid and who they have to report that income is worth it. CBS is a joke, their payouts are so bad, the amount of $600 winners are exponentially less than Yahoo, so they probably just pay the fines, or they have implemented those 2 internal controls.

Publicly Yahoo is say YES, YES, YES to every inquiry and has posted a MID-APRIL time frame, but when I inquired personally it was Mid-March. So with April a day away, if there is no announcement or email to current players who check off the box to notify the start of the following year's games reminder, there is no more PRO LEAGUES WHICH I WOULD GUESS RIGHT NOW. Football may have been the last, and Football has 100X more leagues than any other sport so someting with the IRS may have happened after football.

my 2 1/2 cents.

The best free-agent pick up so far and the worst (overpaid)?

I don't really think Reggie Bush is really gonna do much for the Lions because they still don't have an offensive line.. They may have a pretty good quarterback, a great running back and a future hall of fame receiver, but without an offensive line, none of that really matters much. It's a step in the right direction for them though, and it certainly wasn't a bad sign I just don't think it was the best.

I think the best so far is Percy Harvin. This may be a little biased since I'm a Seahawks fan, but adding him to what was already one of the most dominate offenses in the league last year.. they're gonna be unstoppable. Imagine this: Doug Baldwin and Sydney Rice on the outside, Golden Tate in the slot, Marshawn and Percy Harvin in the backfield. Who's covering Percy Harvin? A very unhappy linebacker. Plus with the threat of Russell Wilson to run.. That's gonna be a serious challenges for defensive coordinators. Also adding 2 more pass rushers to the mix. I mean, what does this team even need to address in the draft? Like they're basically set everywhere on the field..

Carson Palmer to the Cardinals wasn't too bad either. He's shown in the past that if he has talent around him, he has the ability to be an elite quarterback. And he has one of the best wide receivers in the league and a pretty good running back. But again, there's the problem with their line. We'll see how it goes

What are the current biggest names in baseball?

MLB Network's Top 100 players gives a pretty good list: http://brewernation.mlblogs.com/2015/02/...

I'd add in Kris Bryant. He hasn't played in an MLB game yet (but he'll be called up in a couple weeks), but he is a BIG time prospect. He's so good that he was being drafted as early as the 4th or 5th round in some fantasy leagues, even though he's never played an MLB game. To get an idea of just how much people like him, his rookie card is in the 2014 Bowman Chrome set. The hobby box was originally around $40, but after people started talking about Bryant (and he had an unbelievable 2014 season and 2015 spring training), you're not going to get a Chrome box for less than $65, all because people are hoping they can get a Bryant. Along with Trout, it's the most valuable Chrome card ever - more valuable than guys like Harper, Buxton, Fernandez, Puig, Abreu, Stanton, etc.

One thing is for sure: best position player in baseball? Mike Trout. Best pitcher? Clayton Kershaw. These aren't even debatable.
