My new tablet arrived today but I think its a knock off of the tablet I actually ordered.from Amazon. It doesn't have any of the accessory's that were supposed to come with it. it came in a generic box with an instruction book that seems to be useless, no place does the name of the company that made this tablet appear at all. Is there a way I can access the basic information such as the make and model.as well as the amount of RAM memory is installed on this machine to be sure? I know how to do this on my laptop but I'm new to tablets.

Can you override the eraser on a Wacom tablet in Photoshop?
I ordered a Wacom Intuous3 classic pen as a replacement for my lost Grip Pen, however it arrived broken (the tip is permanently sensing pressure, so when you lower it over the tablet it clicks before it touches!). Now I'm stuck with it for a week and I have a big job that requires Photoshop - but PS recognizes the eraser ONLY as the eraser, it won't let me use any other tools. Can I override this? It works fine in AI etc., but not PS! :-(

So I was shipping a $500 dollar tablet to one buyer and beats headphones to another buyer. Shipping boxes were same sizes so I accidentally put wrong shipping labels on the products. Other buyer received the tablet 7 days ago and did not contact me to tell me about the mistake so I am likely dealing with a dishonest person. If he refuses to work with me to return tablet what are my legal options?
