When Will Non-muslims Know We Don

Do British non-Muslims know by heart when is Ramadan?

Muslims don’t know “by heart” when Ramadan is. Every Islamic month is either 29 or 30 days long, depending on when the crescent moon first appears in the sky, and we don’t know for sure when that’s going to happen. For example, my software tells me that Ramadan next year can, depending on moon-sightings for each month, start anywhere between the tenth and the 21st of May next year.

Does a non-Muslim's fast, count?

Hmmm, good question.
Well, you are an atheist, right? And I hope I don't sound ignorant about atheism by saying this, but doesn't this mean that you do not believe in the after world? So if there is no after world, how can you be rewarded?

But to speak from a Muslim point of view, as a Muslim, I would say that your reward depends solely on your intentions. If you are doing it for the sake of Allah, or the sake of any "good deed", then you will be rewarded for that inshallah.

What do non-Muslims think about Islam and Muslims?

Firstly about me.. I am a 25 year old, born to parents of both Hindu (dad) and a Christian (mom). My mother brought me up as a Christian, so normally I go to church to pray. Dad is open minded, he's free and he let me be free. He never forced me to follow any religion. Mum always discouraged me taking any Hindu God names. Infact…..as I grew up, I explored a lot about religions, and today I am almost like an atheist with no belief in any Gods. All that I know and follow is, do good deeds, help the poor and the needy, be true to yourself and others, respect everyone.Now coming to the question..Personally I always considered Muslims to be the best. Since my childhood all my best friends have always been Muslims. We used to attend muslim weddings of our neighbors, and they always treated us the best. My father often told us that.. No matter where you go, Muslims are the best in treating their guests, they are very kind and loving.About Islam.. I have read about it, learnt about it. I have also come across many negative comments over Internet, that's the hatred caused by non Muslims since they always see a group of people causing terrorism killing people in the name of Islam. My Muslim friends have always advised me that all those comments spread over the Internet, communities, forums aren't true, instead read Islam - Quran for yourself and you will know about it.I personally have a very good opinion about Islam. I don't care who speaks what. It's a lovely religion to the people who follow it from heart. I also see majority of the non Muslims are against Islam, not for what they follow, but for what they do. I have heard it from my own non Muslim friends stating they don't like Muslims, though they seem to be friendly externally, but internally that's not the case.My piece of advice:When you are free to follow your religion, Muslims are free to follow their religion. You have no right to blame them for anything.We have just one planet and we all have to coexist. Stop fighting for the cause of religions. We are all humans, so let's behave like humans.Live free, spread love and make peace ✌

Should a non-Muslim use the word 'inshallah'?

It depends what do you mean by saying the word "insha Allah"

In = If
Shaa'a = wants
Allah = Allah (God)

Thus the meaning of "insha Allah" is "If Allah wants". This is said, when we want to say anything which would happen in future, or which we want to do in future. As we, Muslims, beleive, that everything is in the control of Allah Almighty, so we must say this. If we don't say this word, we can't say that would happen. Rather, I must say, it mostly doesn't happen, whatever we want to do. Now regarding the non-Muslims, if they beleive in Allah, they must also say this, if they need that work to happen. I hope that this will help you.
