What is wrong with these women?
I am a 23 year old man, who is 5'10 180 pounds all muscle and a personal trainer. I have an active social life with many young attractive women, in my social circles. My main go to type of women, have been short, young and petite women, I do date and hook up with them but only if I approach. On the other hand, I have been asked out by 5 women, who are all 6'2+, overweight and in their late 20s and 30s. There is a support group for tall women, that meets next next to my gym, and I have met many of them through my social circle. Why would any of these women think they would have a chance with me. Chances are that she never had a boyfriend, or maybe she does but she was planning on leaving him for someone else, and just realized youre not the one. The problem with mr.nice guy is that it doesnt attract women. A guy whos too nice may come off as desperate and maybe hes hiding his real self. Theres no challenge either with nice guys. And when you tell a girl that you like her too soon shell just run the other way, unless she liked you first. By tellin gher too soon, youre making her feel like she has to make a decision to like you back right away. Instead what you should do is wait till its obvious that she likes you, and telling someone you that you like them is redundent anyways. It already shows in your actions and in case they dont know, the mystery of whether you like a girl or not is whatll keep her going. You dont have to be a jerk, you just need a better game. Taking a girl to the movies is not the best idea unless youve known her for awhile. To me if a guy wants to see a movie right away and showers me with affection and gifts it just tells me that he wants to hit it and again, he is desperate. When you like another girl try leaving hints that you like her and allow her to do the work, if she likes you then shell approach you or come around again. Love has to work both ways. If you find yourself putting all the effort in just to take a girl out somewhere, then you know shes a dud. Ditch the nice guy approach and start doing the square guy approach, which is when you come off like it doesnt matter whether she goes out with you or not cause theres more fish in the sea. Thats when a girl realizes she has to catch you befor eyou slip away.
Am I wrong for being picky with women?
The problem is just that you're not really giving anyone a fair chance to impress you. You are waiting to be completely blown away by someone amazing (like everyone else), but that doesn't happen immediately. But don't write people off just because they aren't quite as pretty as you'd like, or because she dislikes something that you enjoy.
