Where Are My Chances Of Getting Hired

What are the chances of getting hired at target?

So i got a call last Thursday from Target regarding an interview the lady that called me was super nice and said if i would be able to meet her this Thursday the 10th. Of course i was interested i want a job bad. While i was on the phone with the lady she asked me some questions and ask about my availability and was ask me other question as why target it seemed like an interview sadly it wasn't, but I do have references and i also have 3 years of experience in costumer service, but what are the chances of me actually getting hired?
Do any of you know what they might ask? I applied for Starbucks target part time cashier! Thank you in advance.

What is my chance of getting hired at Kohls?

"john" has it right about half a brain... that is the reason I don't shop at Kohls anymore. Your chances of getting hired are just as good as anyones and you most likely will get a call.

(So sorry... by the thumbs down I guess they are saying you don't have a chance of getting hired I think you do have a chance but thumb downers think they are so much smarter than any one else so sorry about the job your not going to get so they say.)

What are my chances of getting hired at Target?

Regardless of work experience one of the first things you should learn doing a job search is never put all your eggs in one basket since your avatar didn't look much like the easter bunny.

Rather than waiting 7-10 days to hear from Target you should be hitting the streets applying at other similar retail stores. Hopefully you will be able to choose between the different offers you receive to get the schedule and money you need.

What are my chances of getting hired at Taco Bell?

I'm 19, i applied online this morning. I took an assessment too. I've worked at McDonald's before and Pizza Hut. Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are part of Yums Brand so the same person owns both Pizza Hut and Taco Bell and a few other restaurants. I worked as a server at pizza hut for 10 months. I included that in the application. Im available to work everyday except Tuesday and Thursday because i go to college until 4pm . So I'm wondering if my chances look good since ive worked for Yums Brand?

What are my chances of getting hired at walmart?

I am also 17, and there are several people at my school who work for Wal-mart. My bet is that you'll do just fine. Honestly though, some of them have said that they hate it there. A couple seem happy enough, though so don't lose hope. : D

Chances of getting hired at McDonalds?

Your chances are excellent for getting hired at McDonald's. This does not depend on age , it's a simple fact that Mc Donald's hires more and has more locations than ANY other fast food chain or franchise world wide. You will be hired unless there is something on your application that poses a threat for employment.

How do i increase my chances of getting hired by the USPS?

The new post office online test grade differently then they did in the past. I have not heard of anyone getting much over an 85 with the new tests. I received an 84 and was the highest out of the 7 called for the interview. Because they are hiring basically relief carriers (unless your going for clerk or another position) you would be hired as a temp until a regular slot opened up. You would not be allowed to work for the UPS while working for the post office. It is a conflict of interest....any other job is ok as long as it is not a similar delivery type job. The test is basically a memory/speed test. I started last year and work close to 6 days a week between 2 post offices. We have two regulars who will be retiring in the next 3 years and one who did this Christmas. The RCA that took the opening had been working there for 15 years!

What are my chances of getting into McKinsey? What should I do to increase my chances?

Without knowing more, I'd say your chances aren't great right now. You're at a bit of an in-between point in terms of your experience, but you'll most likely be applying for a BA position, as opposed to an Associate (post-MBA) position. While that will lower expectations for you somewhat, it's still a long shot. From my experience, about 1% of people that apply to McKinsey from target schools are extended an offer. My first question is whether or not your school is a target. Given that it's ~#25 in Industrial Engineering, I'm guessing it's not. Getting a job at McKinsey from a non-target school isn't impossible, but it's a lot harder. The biggest thing, though, is that nothing from your previous experience really jumps out at me. Roles at F500 companies are good, but that's really a baseline for looking at your resume, not a reason to pass it through. The MS degree, unfortunately, will count for next to nothing. Some examples of the types of things that would jump out:Perfect scores on SAT, GRE, etc.Starting a companyStarting/leading on-campus organizationsStarting/leading non-profit organizationsA prestigious scholarship (e.g., Fulbright)At this point, I'd worry less about the skills and more about the experience. Skills may get you through an interview, but they won't get you an interview in the first place. Tactically, if I were you and I was set on getting a job at McKinsey, I'd take a 2-3 year mindset to it. I would get involved in leadership opportunities right away (see above) and really stretch myself. If I hadn't already, I would focus on studying up for a standardized test to get a really good score on it.

What are my chances of getting hired at Google with an engineering degree?

Well, I got hired. And my degrees were in Biology and Anthropology.Though it didn’t hurt to have 18 years of experience as a software engineer before applying.Your degrees and transcripts become exponentially less interesting the longer you actually work in the industry. If you’re an intern or a new grad, it’s going to be way more important than if you’re an old grognard.
