Why does the smoke come from the ice or from any cold object and where does it come from?
Smoke is a visible suspension of carbon or other particles in air, typically one emitted from a burning substance. Therefore, ice cannot emit smoke. At certain times, we see a block of ice emitting some gas like fumes - only it is not gas or vapour, but tiny droplets of water.Water boils at 100ºC and freezes at 0ºC at sea level. At 0ºC water is in equilibrium with ice and vapour. At lower temperatures it is sublimating (transforming from solid to vapour directly) or at higher temperature it is evaporating. (liquid to a gas).When ice is exposed to air, the humidity in the air around the ice (water content of the air) condenses into tiny droplets, which we see as fumes or vapour. Condensation is the process by which a gas cools and becomes a liquid.Water vapour is invisible.
Do Bud Light Lime Straw-Ber-Ritas expire?
I've had a 12 pack of Bud Light Lime's Straw-Ber-Rita's in my fridge since July 4th. Are they still good? I can't find an expiration date on the package.
How long does it take for room temp keg beer to go bad?
Depends on the beer, time, and how it was dispensed from the keg. The keg is opaque so we don't have to worry about skunking because that is caused by exposure to light. However, how was the beer dispensed? If they used a CO2 system then the beer is unlikely to be oxidized. If they used a hand pump which pumps air into the keg then it can spoil just like a glass of beer left out on the counter because you're adding oxygen and whatever microorganisms were in the air at the time they were pumping. Buying a keg to bottle isn't usually a good idea. Unless you have a bottling system that uses CO2 or nitrogen you're adding oxygen to the beer as you bottle and that decreases shelf life and shelf stability. You'll also be stripping CO2 which changes the characteristics of the beer. Plastic bottles are also problematic because they are oxygen permeable and most are clear so skunking becomes an issue. Also without a bottling system you'll be wasting lots of beer via foam. A better solution is to buy or build a kegerator and then purchase the beer in kegs. You will be assured fresh beer with a long shelf life and can drink at your pace.
Cigarette Buzz + Smoking Efficiency?
Yeah I know what you mean about the amazing buzz you can get from smoking a cigarette. Pretty intense feeling if you ask me and you can just feel the nicotine rushing through your body. I don't get the buzz like I used to although if I smoke a cigarette really quick with at least a four second drag it does happen. However, I do like to take my time smoking it instead of power smoking through it. But I do find that when I have that first one in the morning with my coffee I sometimes do get that buzz. Probably because usually it's been around 12-15 hours since I've had one and combined with caffeine just makes it more pleasant. Plus, I find that when I have that first one in the morning I'm craving the nicotine big time so my drags are quite long. To avoid a pack going stale, you could put them in a ziploc bag and store them in the fridge. It's important to keep your cigs dry and cool and they will stay fresh for days. I have a cigarette case so I'll fill it with how many I want to smoke that day (usually five) and keep the pack in the fridge. Works for me and it'll work for you.
Smoking weed and drinking alcohol? Read please (no rude answers)?
Is it bad to smoke some weed and drink some smirnoff ice (about 3 small bottles of smirnoff) I really wanna know that because I know people who are doing that Also my friend and I were going to buy some 2 6 packs of smirnoff ice and split it which would be 6 for each of us. Would that get us "tipsy" or what? I dont drink very often hell not really at all I think I have only drank twice in my life and i barely touched the alcohol I was drinking and I wanted to gag after I drank some beer. and she hasnt drank in awhile so yeah will that get us "tipsy" The only time I have actually drank was at school when my friend had mixed this really good drink and brought it to school. It was good (dumb idea to drink at school i know and i havent done that since then ha)
Why does smoking cigarettes burn my throat?
really? ok, I will play along here. because the smoke is irritating your throat. that causes lesions and you can get throat cancer, lung, mouth or tongue cancer, and others. rub a price of sandpaper on your arm. or, imagine it. your arm woild get scuffed from the irratation. if you continue to do that daily for as many cigs that you smoke, it would never be able to heal and can cause infections, scars, or such other damage. look at a smoked meat item, or what happens when you barbeque something. it turns black. the best recommendation is to work on quitting.
Why do i get hiccups when i smoke?
Jared is thinking of yawning, not hiccuping. Hiccups are caused by the spasmodic contracting of your diaphragm. They often happen after eating or drinking rapidly, as it causes your stomach (sitting right under your diaphragm) to grow and irritates the diaphragm. Sometimes hiccups are caused by a disturbance between the nerves that connect the brain to the muscles that control the spasms. This is why emotional situations and temperature changes can sometimes cause them. So why do you get them when you are smoking? Well, it's not because of of a lack of oxygen, as holding your breath, drinking water or breathing into a bag are some of the most common remedies (all of which DEPRIVE you of oxygen). I'm not a doctor, but I'll spitball some guesses. 1. Do you smoke outside? Remember the aforementioned temperature changes? 2. Are you smoking after big meals or along with drinking alcohol? Expanded stomach? 3. This one is my favorite, but it could be anyone of them. Do you breath the smoke in really deep? Because breathing in too much air at once can do it too. Oh, and screw anyone to tells you to quit smoking, that wasn't your question and they have no damn right telling you how to live your life.
