If I remember correctly, I saw an s6 for abt $400. Groupon phones are refurbished. Check Amazon to see if u can find used phones cheaper, just make sure it's not blacklisted, stolen, or that money isn't owed on it. Buy from a retailer with a higher rating and thousands of reviews. Ask for the phones serial number and call ur service provider to make sure it's free and clear to use. Try to wait until 3/31/16 to buy an iPhone. That's when the SE is released and the price of older phones might go down.

Also, electronic items never buy second hand products since we do not know its condition. People selling second hand items will sell only when the products are old, useless or having some major problems. Good items nobody will sell it unless otherwise they are shifting their residence or like that. That is very rare.

To be honest with you, I personally hate iPhones. If you want o buy a iPhone, you an look anywhere, but be aware as some buyers on Amazon will try to get you with offers you might not want and you do not want that to happen to you. Just a quick FYI, Phone carriers always get you with the cheap deals on their phone(s). Lets say if I need to get a phone from T-Mobile and they have a offer for a iPhone 5s thaht says $10.00. The pone sure is $10.00, but that the amount you will have to pay monthly to pay the whole fee of the phone. So, if you are not worried about the iPhone being refurbished, then try to get a iPhone that is Certified Refurbished and ready for use. OR…. Which phone to buy should be based on your technical skills. Not too technical but want a smart phone? Get an iphone and get the latest with the most memory that you can afford on your budget. If budget was not a problem, buy it outright because you save when not paying on time under a contract. If you lack the means to buy outright, then maybe some kind of Android phone fits you. But Android does mean you need to make a lot more decisions as you have lots of options depending on your phone carrier of choice. You are the one who has to choose more apps picking which is better and which features to turn on to save battery power. Both Apple and Android phones have a lot of apps to choose from and support many popular apps. If you are not a popular apps person you might pick a Windows phone, I didn't cause they don't support my apps. Read reviews. This is almost as big a decision as buying insurance. You need to window shop (no Windows pun intended) so you pick the right one. iPhones offer simplicity but the hidden price is constant need to update when it gets slow or runs out of memory. And each new iOS takes more memory. Latest one consumes 8 GB on its own. That is the base memory of the iPhone 3GS of 2011 which I bought in 2012. The best thing about Android phones is the ability to add memory to many of them via memory cards you insert. But check the specs and make sure. And you have to know how to manage that memory to store apps on it. Doesn't do it on its own like memory the phone came with.
