Lots of exfoliation will do the trick. Just hop in the shower and scrub all over with a pouf sponge and a salt or sugar scrub, that should help. I believe that St. Tropez also makes a self tanner remover. Try checking around a few stores like RiteAid, CVS, Target, etc. to see if they carry it.

There's always a risk of the bronzer getting near the piercing and irritating or infecting it. I would suggest you hold off on using the bronzer after you get it pierced. The healing time for a navel piercing can be up to a year, but after about 4 - 6 weeks depending on how it's feeling you should be able to start using the bronzer near the area again (but I still wouldn't apply it directly to the area).
