there are absolutely no difference between the r4's these days. may of them are either clones of the actual r4 card, while others are clones of the acekard brand flashcarts. r4's may be popular, but every single one of them these days are fakes/clones, and there are heaps of better flashcarts to choose from. i do own the genuine r4(before the company got shut down about 2 years ago), and it was good for it's time, but won't play as much games as all the other brands. if you want all the newer games to work you need to fiddle around with an alternate firmware which just look horrible, i usually recommend the acekard 2/2i, but the cyclods is considered the best flashcart right now. you should also check out the supercard, and m3 as well. dealextreme.com is the cheapest place to get them right now, but you have to wait 1-2 weeks to receive it. if you are living in america. you might also want to try out realhotstuff.com since they have fast shipping and some good prices.
