Where Can I Buy Band Merchandise In Adelaide

Emo/Scene clothing stores in Adelaide?

Try at City Beach. They have tonnes of clothes, surf wear, emo, scene, skater and beachwear as well. Its a bit on the expensive side so I'm not sure if your willing to pay 50 dollars for a billabong t-shirt. I don't live in Adelaide, I live in Brisbane, but I'm pretty sure they have the same stores down there : ) Try at all those small shops you find at shopping centres that sell cool clothes that are quite cheap as well. I'm not sure really where you can get guys clothes coz I only have a sister and I have no idea where she gets her clothes from!! lol.

Shin Tokyo, I imagine. It's downstairs off Rundle Mall. I think the building is Rundle Mall Plaza. It's the same one as JB Hi-Fi, anyway. On the north side of Rundle Mall, toward the western end.

Why are students prohibited from selling items in school?

We have had kids selling stolen goods. They clean out the local store of candy, then sell it to the captive audience at school. Selling candy in the classroom is like shooting fish in a barrel. They make a lot of money off their stolen goods.Another reason is that it causes disruptions. The seller is conducting business during class, or the buyers are sneaking the products into the classroom. Sales of soda cans are most memorable for having issues with kids feeling like they can drink their newly purchased product in class.Another issue is that we are the adults, in place of parents. We shouldn't let a kid's designated lunch money go to buying silly bands (rubber bracelets) or to Pokemon cards. Also, federal nutrition laws suggest that we also shouldn't be promoting childhood obesity, with candy sales in every child's bookbag. There's also a theft issue. During approved school fundraisers, there's often been problems that arise from a student leaving the candy box unattended, and/or leaving the cash inside the box. It is not our job to act as security for candy sales that we aren't profiting off; we're a school, not the juvenile economic crime division.Additionally, buying and selling an item is a contract. There isn't a good return policy on items purchased from a fellow student, and conflicts arise from this. Students generally manage to work out their conflicts in a fair agreement, but trust me, this negotiation disrupts classtime. And there are the times when they can't come to a common agreement over a sale, like the time when two high school students I taught got into a heated, stand-up disagreement over whether the one's cousin had sold the other one tainted weed. About five to eight minutes of class time were completely blown, trying to flag down an administrator who could remove the two idiots who were openly admitting to having bought and sold weed, and yelling and arguing about it in a classroom.Hope this helps!
