What kind of pictures of clothing most make people want to buy them?

Generally, people will purchase clothes they can see themselves in. Having models with the appropriate body type (whether plus size or petite), for example, is important. Additionally, you want the background to be muted so the clothes pop up. A lot of website make the background of the photo white or blurry for this reason. Whether you choose a plain background or a location is up to you. Clothes that are for a specific purpose, like swimsuits, for example, do well if photographed in the setting (again because people can see themselves doing the things the model is doing).

Is it bad luck to show a picture of the wedding dress to the groom?

they say it's only bad luck if the groom sees you in it.

i think it's a good idea to show him a picture. it's his wedding too and he'd probably appreciate at least seeing the dress you are thinking of wearing on his big day too

congrats!!

Will David's Bridal Allow You to Take Pictures In-Dress?

I'm just wondering because I'm going dress shopping with my mom and boyfriend for prom! I think I've found the perfect one! Do they allow you to take pictures and do they allow walk-ins? Can I buy the dress from the store or do I have to order it?

Do I alter my dress into a wedding dress or buy a new one?

go to this site first and look at the pictures

This dress was actually my senior prom dress. (yeah I know it looks like a wedding dress). I went to prom in that dress with my now fiance. I love the dress a lot and I'm looking to save money and my future mother in law said she would help me alter it into a wedding dress. The problem is I'm not really sure what exactly I want to do with the dress. I want to either hide or get rid of the tulle and add a cathedral train. I'm pretty sure I want to go strapless too. I want to change the dress enough that my fiance won't even recognize it. I'm also thinking that I may be going over my head and should just buy a whole new dress if I can find a relatively inexpensive one. Any suggestions??

Alec Milano Dress?

I have tried the dress on. The bridal shop doesn't have photos of the dress and can't get one from the designer. So, they let me go in and try it on again and allowed my future MIL to take pictures. But, get this, my future SIL accidentally deleted the pictures when she was updating her iPod (she's 15 years younger than my fiance and me). Anyway, I finally got the place to give me the designer's name and style number. I may just have to suck it up and buy the dress without them seeing it first, which makes me kinda sad.
